Rome Business School is proud to take part in the ASFOR Master Day once again, which will take place on October 9th. This prestigious event serves as a crucial platform to highlight the value of ASFOR accreditation, nationally recognized as a symbol of excellence in managerial education; to introduce the School’s three ASFOR-accredited Masters – the International MBA, Executive Master in Marketing and Sales, and International Master in HR and Organization – and to explore the emerging trends reshaping the world of work and business.
For this occasion, Rome Business School will host a session titled “The Power of Inclusive Leadership: Leveraging Diverse Perspectives,” which will delve into the pivotal role of diversity and inclusion as drivers of innovation and organizational growth. Our keynote speaker, Dr. Eleonora de Nardis Giansante, will guide us in discovering how inclusive leadership, by harnessing the potential of diverse perspectives, can transform organizations and drive business success.
Dr. de Nardis Giansante, sociologist and journalist, focuses her work on media biases and dedicates her studies to breaking down gender stereotypes, promoting women’s empowerment, and inclusive leadership. Dr. de Nardis Giansante also serves on the national council of the Gi.U.Li.A journalists’ association, directs the Ju Buk Festival, and is a member of various feminist organizations. Author of investigations and reports, of the essay “Cocacola and chador” (Seam 2000) and of two novels on gender themes “You are mine. A violent love” (Bordeaux 2018) and “An idea of us” (Bordeaux 2020), she is a leading voice in the debate on feminism and inclusion. Her extensive experience in gender studies, combined with her passion for promoting equality, will provide participants with a unique and valuable perspective on how to address contemporary business challenges through inclusive leadership strategies.
The event will be further enriched by presentations from members of the Rome Business School Faculty, who will share their expertise and illustrate how an ASFOR-accredited master’s degree can equip future leaders with the skills needed to thrive in today’s complex business landscape.
