The Rome Business School teaching method is designed to ensure the acquisition of theoretical and practical know-how in order to transfer truly useful competences that foster professional development. HR Director of Coca-Cola HBC Italy, since 2015. Over the past 20 years, he has held positions of increasing responsibility in cross-functional areas of several multinational companies from different sectors - including Fiat, Vodafone, Birra Peroni/SABMiller - both in Italy and abroad. Among the many skills gained throughout his career, Emiliano is also a certified Scrum Master and as such managed an international project to redesign the Coca-Cola HBC Group's forecast process. A graduate in Economics and Business, he enriched his education by attending the HR Excellence Program at the IMD Business School in Lausanne

Paolo Fincato Owner and Senior Consultant EsseDueEffe srl

After working for some years in the technical area (ERICSSON - 1993/1995), he directed his professional development in the managerial area by attending a Master in Business Administration at SDA Bocconi University - Milan. He then gained more than 25 years of experience in the area of Purchasing and Supplier Management, both as a consultant and in managerial roles. From 1995 to 2001 he worked on change management, process redesign and cost reduction projects in Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), then in Solving International, and finally in WIND telecommunications. From 2002 to 2014 Paolo worked for BravoSolution, now Jaggaer (software tools for Purchasing and Supplier Management activities delivered in Cloud/SaaS and Procurement consulting services) starting with the start-up and then playing a decisive role in business development in Italy both in industrial sectors (Finmeccanica Group, SKY, ARISTON, etc.) and in regulated sectors (Rome Airports, Italian Railways, ANAS, etc.). Since 2014 it has started its activity with the aim of supporting companies determined to achieve major improvements in purchasing, supplier and supply chain management. Main areas: 1) Strategic approach to Purchasing through Category Management 2) Cost Reduction actions leveraging Purchasing 3) Implementation of tools to support Supplier and Supply Chain Management processes. Francesco Amendola Direttore ICT e Responsabile per la Transizione al Digitale ATAC SpA

An Electronics Engineer with over 15 years of professional experience, he currently serves as ICT Director at Italy's largest public transportation company and one of the largest in Europe. Previously, he was CIO (Chief Information Officer) for the Italian Group of a leading international provider of technology solutions for the gaming industry. His main expertise is in IT Service Management and IT Governance (ITIL v3 Foundation and Green Belt Six Sigma certified), as well as IT Security and Data Protection. He has been a frequent speaker at conferences, guest speaker and lecturer at University courses. He specializes in identifying advanced technology solutions aimed at cost reduction (TCO), and process reengineering in Digital Transformation.

Riccardo Orfei Certified Project Mananger - PMP®, MBA

He has worked in ICT for a long time, first holding specialized roles, and, from 1987 onward, that of manager of technical staff, working groups, and small, medium, and large projects. In 1999 he was certified by the Project Management Institute as a PMP® Project Management Professional. He is a member of PMI® and the Central Italy Chapter. He is currently involved in professional training in the field of Project Management. He has a Master's Degree in Education with a focus on "Adult and Continuing Education Sciences." He is a member of the Italian Association of Trainers where he participates in the work of the Community of Practice "Professionals Trainers of Professionals."

Alexandra Solea International Relations Associate TRG Arts

International relations and cultural business professional with more than 18 years of work experience in the culture and creativity sector. She has held high-profile positions that complemented his experience in senior arts administration, enabling collaborations with high-level international institutions in the field of arts management and cultural affairs, including: Rome Opera House, Teatro Olimpico (Rome), "George Enescu" International Festival and Competition ( Bucharest), "La Fenice" Opera House (Venice), Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia (Rome), Youth Music of the World (Virginia, USA), BOZAR (Brussels), Sadler's Wells (UK), US State Department, Government of Romania. Pasquale Gravina embarked on an extraordinary career in sports beginning as an athlete and later as an executive. He has won a total of 34 titles, including 21 in clubs and 13 in the Italian national team. He has been a speaker and trainer since 2005, and to date he can rely not only on his background as an international athlete but also on his extensive direct experience in business management. In fact, he served as Sports Attorney from 2005 to 2009, CEO of Sisley Volley from 2009 to 2012, President of Volley Treviso from 2012 to 2015 and CEO of Trenkwalder Training from 2015 to 2016. Since January 2017, he has been Strategic Selling Director of Gi Group Holding, Italy's first multinational employment services company, and is Brand Ambassador of TackTMI, Gi Group Holding's training and development company. In 2000 he was awarded the very high title of Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic.

Michela Bonafoni Fashion Trend Researcher and Lecturer

Michela Bonafoni was born in Rome in 1979. Always passionate about the world of fashion understood as a cultural macrosystem and collective expression and the daughter of traders in the clothing and footwear industry for 100 years, after a diploma in Liceo Classico, she decided to continue her studies specializing in fashion communication and marketing, earning a degree at La Sapienza in Rome. The step abroad seemed to be obligatory, and led Michela to specialize at Central St. Martin College in London precisely in communication and fashion marketing. It is 2010 the year in which, after numerous experiences at some companies and communication agencies, she moves to Milan where, in 2012, she opens the communication strategies agency 360+OneQuarter, specializing in the promotion of young designers and special projects.

Natasha Valentine is a Canadian Human Resources Generalist & Consultant with 20+ years of international experience from a variety of sectors.  The last three years have been in the academic sector, primarily with Rome Business School as a Program Director and Lecturer for the International Human Resources Master programme. Having a culturally-diverse mentality has helped her to understand and interact better with employees, students and professionals.​ Natasha has notable experience in recruitment, employment law compliance and career coaching. Raffaele Maiorano Entrepreneur and Consultant for Agriculture

Raffaele Maiorano is an entrepreneur in agriculture and run two farms in southern and central Italy, producing Pecorino Crotonese DOP cheese, organic olive il, cereals, oranges and fresh vegatables.​ He was president of the Italian young farmers for six years and was chairman of Gfar, the global forum on agricultural research an innovation at FAO. He’s professor of agribusiness management at Camerino University, designed and run our agribusiness management’s master. He also works with Gambero Rosso and he’s consultant for startup and agribusiness companies. Now he’s in charge for Sdg’s and sustainability’s strategies at Confagricoltura, the oldest farmers organization in Italy and Europe and Chief Sustainbiliy officer at Impakter, an online magazine and platform Where Sustainability Stays At The Heart Of It.

Wiliam Carbone Co-founder & CEO The Adjacent Possible

William Carbone is the Co-founder & CEO of The Adjacent Possible, an R&D company helping organizations leverage new intellectual property licensing opportunities in different industries and with the mission to connect global technology ecosystems that co-develop common IP applications from various perspectives. During his former 10+ years tenure at IBM, he has covered roles such as Quantum Ambassador, Global Business Development for the Aerospace and Defence industries, Program Manager for AI and Innovation and has been a member of the prestigious IBM Academy of Technology.  William is an entrepreneur with a long experience in creating innovation ecosystems and promoting talent around the world (Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe, United States and Middle East). As the chairman of the IBM Technical Experts Council for CEE, he promoted innovation, patents, research and cutting-edge technologies such as Quantum, Blockchain, AI, IoT, HybridCloud, and the technical eminence of young talents in the region, creating a network of experts connected to external ecosystems and startups.​ William is the winner of two Stevie Awards for the best solutions in the categories: business technology solution (2019) and sales and customer service (2020). He has more than ten scientific publications and patents and over 40 international presences as keynote speaker in major conferences and summits of global importance. Additionally, William was selected in a team of 13 out of 5300 worldwide talents to develop business ideas in Finland, a program called 90 Days Finn. Alessio Postiglione Journalist and Political Communications Specialist

Alessio is a journalist, political adviser and political communications specialist. Currently Spokesperson for the Italian Government, and former Research Assistant at the Centre for media Pluralism and Freedom at the European University Institute.  He has worked for the European Parliament and Italian Institutions and, as Campaign manager, in several elections at both national and European level.​ He has publicly discussed the investigations published in his book “Sahara, deserto di mafie e jihad”, at the United Nations, New York, 4th Commission, in 2017. His articles have been published in top European newspapers such as la Repubblica, The Huffington Post, Euractiv. His publications include “Popolo e populismo” (Cairo editore, 2019); “Citizenship: a new balance between universalism and particularism. The case of Italian Ius culturae”, in the Mediterranean Journal of human rights, 2017; and “The leftist rhetoric of the right-wing propaganda” in L’extrême droite en Europe (Bruylant, Belgium, 2016).​

Valeria is a Country Manager for Stocard Italy. She is experienced Country Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. She has worked as a Retail Manager at Nokia, as well as a Senior AdWords Manager at Google and also as Digital Marketing Manager at Mercedes-Benz Italia.

Stefano Giordano

Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering, at University of Rome "La Sapienza" – Italy; Master course in Information and Communication Technologies, at SSGRR - Italy​; ISO 9000 Quality Systems Auditor; Many courses in eHealth and personal skills. Stefano Giordano is an Electronic Engineer. During his work in the field of e health and telemedicine, for more than 15 years, he was a leader of working groups through major projects, involving both the introduction of e-Health into new areas and the subsequent reorganization, and the design and development of technological solutions. He led working group also as a strategic guidance advisor, providing input into decisions made regarding the future development of e-Health in some regions of Italy.​

Raffaele Mannella Co-founder and CEO Comtaste

Over 26 years of experience as Export Manager, Entrepreneur and Project and operations Manager, related to enterprise software applications and professional services. Passionate about Project Management, especially in the Information Technology field.​ In 2005, he co-founded Comtaste S.r.l., an IT consulting company in which he still servs as CEO, mainly taking on strategic projects for the company and directly managing key clients, among which several multinational companies such as Adobe, Google and HP.​ In 2019 he founded TS Mood Srl, an innovative startup dealing with online booking services for the tourism industry.

Marketing and Business Development Manager, adjunct Professor at Sapienza University/Department of Management,​ Lecturer in Marketing and Fashion Management​, Program Director of the Master in Fashion Management​. Giuliana is a Marketing & Communication Manager and Lecturer, with over 20 years' work experience working on projects of the luxury and fashion businesses. She worked for CS for 8 years, where she was engaged in multiple projects involving major Italian and international brands such as: Diesel, Giorgio Armani, Valentino, Gucci, LVMH, Fendi etc. She has been recently appointed Head of Sales Training for IRIDEOS. Passionate about open innovation and digital transformation but also about the dynamics of human relations, I have and entrepreneurial and creative soul, with an eye on business results and one on a more sustainable world. She is an Adjunct Professor at Sapienza, University of Rome (Faculty of Economics) where I have been teaching Enterprise Communication Management. Giuseppe Ferrara
Giuseppe Ferrara Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs Europe Enel

Giuseppe Ferrara is a lawyer admitted to practice law before the Italian courts up to the Supreme Court of Cassation and has been Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs Europe of the Enel Group (for all the various European countries in which the Group is present, including Germany, United Kingdom United Kingdom , Slovakia, Russia, Romania and Greece). Over the years he has held other managerial positions within the Legal Department of the Enel Group such as Head of Intellectual Property and Innovation, Head of Labor and Legal Policies, Head of the ICT and TLC, Head of Litigation as well as General Counsel of E-distribuzione SpA. He has been a member of several Compliance Bodies of the Enel Group companies, served on the Board of Directors and the Strategy Commitee of Enel Russia PJSC and is currently a member of the Board of Enel Romania SA. and Vice- Chairman of the Supervisory Body of Slovenske Elektrarne a.s. He is the author of numerous publications in legal journals and was editorial coordinator of a Legal Review of Electricity (Rassegna giuridica dell’energia elettrica - Ed. Cedam). He is also passionate about sports law and is Head of the Legal Department of the professional football club Latina Calcio 1932. Giuseppe was born in Potenza, is married to Katia and has three children.

Marshall Langer Financial Expert

A native of Miami, Florida, Marshall received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has additionally taken extensive graduate coursework in counselling psychology at New York University. Marshall enjoyed a 12-year career in diverse business and finance sectors in the U.S. and Europe. He has worked on Wall Street on investment banking and risk arbitrage for firms like Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as well as in trading for BNP Paribas. He further worked in the areas of corporate management, marketing strategy, management consulting, and real estate. Marshall has also taught at New York University’s Stern School of Business, Fordham University, University of Connecticut, Luiss University, and The American University of Rome. Marshall authored UN agency FAO Course guide: Fundamentals of International Business Management, Rome, 2006 and co-author of Leveraged Buyouts, Rome, Kappa, 2012.

Eros Manzo Senior project manager Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche

Eros Manzo holds a Master degree in Social Science, He is a Project Manager in EU funded Contracts within the Technical Assistance unit. He has more than 10 years of experience in planning, management, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of International Development Projects. Well familiar with EU Instrument Pre-Acquis (IPA); European Development Fund (EDF); European Neighborhood and Partnership Instruments (ENPI); Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA) procedures; EU Procurement procedures (PRAG) and other Donors such us World Bank, UN agencies. He is often involved in creating partnership at international level and maintaining formal and operative agreement. He has extensive program/project cycle management experience for government-funded and private projects covering analysis on relevant donor requirements (e.g., EC Financial Regulation, application and implementation procedures, procurement guidelines).
