The Rome Business School teaching method is designed to ensure the acquisition of theoretical and practical know-how in order to transfer truly useful competences that foster professional development. Francesco Amendola Program Director of Master in Data Science

An Electronics Engineer with over 15 years of professional experience, he currently serves as ICT Director at Italy's largest public transportation company and one of the largest in Europe. Previously, he was CIO (Chief Information Officer) for the Italian Group of a leading international provider of technology solutions for the gaming industry. His main expertise is in IT Service Management and IT Governance (ITIL v3 Foundation and Green Belt Six Sigma certified), as well as IT Security and Data Protection. He has been a frequent speaker at conferences, guest speaker and lecturer at University courses. He specializes in identifying advanced technology solutions aimed at cost reduction (TCO), and process reengineering in Digital Transformation.

Riccardo Orfei Program Director of Master in Project Management

He has worked in ICT for a long time, first holding specialized roles, and, from 1987 onward, that of manager of technical staff, working groups, and small, medium, and large projects. In 1999 he was certified by the Project Management Institute as a PMP® Project Management Professional. He is a member of PMI® and the Central Italy Chapter. He is currently involved in professional training in the field of Project Management. He has a Master's Degree in Education with a focus on "Adult and Continuing Education Sciences." He is a member of the Italian Association of Trainers where he participates in the work of the Community of Practice "Professionals Trainers of Professionals."

Vincenzo Mazzotta (PHD - MBA) is a University Lecturer and Certified Public Accountant. He teaches Financial Management & Markets at LUMSA University, Accounting and Finance at Rome Business School and has numerous experiences teaching Financial Management at Study Abroad Programs of American Universities. As a consultant, he founded about 15 years ago Studio Mazzotta - of which he is Owner - operating in the field of Corporate Finance, supporting companies and research centers in investment and financing strategies.

Michela Bonafoni Program Director of Master in Fashion Management

Michela Bonafoni was born in Rome in 1979. Always passionate about the world of fashion understood as a cultural macrosystem and collective expression and the daughter of traders in the clothing and footwear industry for 100 years, after a diploma in Liceo Classico, she decided to continue her studies specializing in fashion communication and marketing, earning a degree at La Sapienza in Rome. The step abroad seemed to be obligatory, and led Michela to specialize at Central St. Martin College in London precisely in communication and fashion marketing. It is 2010 the year in which, after numerous experiences at some companies and communication agencies, she moves to Milan where, in 2012, she opens the communication strategies agency 360+OneQuarter, specializing in the promotion of young designers and special projects.

Enrico Gelfi Program Director of Master in Sports Management

He worked as Communications Manager of SGplus, one of the leading firms in the sports marketing industry, for 10 years, much of which he spent as a partner in the company. He founded and managed the talent department of the Italian unit of MP Managment Group - now Select Model - dealing with enhancing the image of actors, top athletes and TV personalities. In 2017 he founded EIS, a sports management agency, with which he manages the image rights of professional sportsmen according to an innovative and evolving idea of the role of the champion. He was a partner in a second agency, Sport Digital House, with which in 2020 he created the Italian Esports Observatory, the first B2B networking and training platform for Italian Esports operators. He is also Founder of Workpleis, the first digital community that brings together managers, professionals and champions to discuss the contribution that sport can bring within companies. Today, he is one of the leading professionals able to guarantee a complete communication and marketing offer ranging from real to virtual sports.

Raffaele Maiorano is an entrepreneur in agriculture and run two farms in southern and central Italy, producing Pecorino Crotonese DOP cheese, organic olive il, cereals, oranges and fresh vegatables.​ He was president of the Italian young farmers for six years and was chairman of Gfar, the global forum on agricultural research an innovation at FAO. He’s professor of agribusiness management at Camerino University, designed and run our agribusiness management’s master. He also works with Gambero Rosso and he’s consultant for startup and agribusiness companies. Now he’s in charge for Sdg’s and sustainability’s strategies at Confagricoltura, the oldest farmers organization in Italy and Europe and Chief Sustainbiliy officer at Impakter, an online magazine and platform Where Sustainability Stays At The Heart Of It.

He has more than ten scientific publications and patents and over 40 international presences as keynote speaker in major conferences and summits of global importance. Additionally, William was selected in a team of 13 out of 5300 worldwide talents to develop business ideas in Finland, a program called 90 Days Finn. Giuseppe Ferrara Program Director of Master in Law & Compliance

Giuseppe Ferrara is a lawyer admitted to practice law before the Italian courts up to the Supreme Court of Cassation and has been Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs Europe of the Enel Group (for all the various European countries in which the Group is present, including Germany, United Kingdom United Kingdom , Slovakia, Russia, Romania and Greece). He has worked on Wall Street on investment banking and risk arbitrage for firms like Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as well as in trading for BNP Paribas. He further worked in the areas of corporate management, marketing strategy, management consulting, and real estate. Bernardo Nicoletti Program Director of Master in Supply Chain

His career began in 1983, working as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Alitalia Airlines. He then served as Vice President and then CTO at GE Money, before moving to the GE Oil & Gas team as CTO and Chief Information Officer (CIO). He later worked for SBD as Director and for AIG UPC Universal Processing Center as CIO for Latin America. He was then Director for Europe and the Middle East at TranSigma Partners, a process-oriented consultancy covering three key areas: cybersecurity, process transformation and strategy delivery. In the meantime, he also covered the role of Chief Process Improvement Leader at the Istituto per il Credito Sportivo (ICS), and those of Process Improvement Leader and (subsequently) of Temporary CIO and Procurement Leader at CDI Manager Srl, a special purpose company leader in Temporary Management and Executive Search. To date he holds various roles: Director for almost 15 years at Pinion Services Limited; Member of the Advisory Committee at Roaring Pride Ventures; Professor in Procure Management, Supply Chain Management and Operations Management at Temple University and at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. As a business consultant, he actively applies his theory of Lean and Digitalize, based on the joint application of Lean Six Sigma and Digital Transformation. He has also published twenty books and several chapters, which have been translated into many languages, including Chinese: The Future of Fintech and Banking 5.0., Agile Procurement, Lean Procurement, Procurement 4.0 and Supply Network 5.0, Lean and Digitize.
