Browsing data

The normal operation of this website involves the collection of certain data (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) not associated with directly identifiable users. The data collected include the IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by those who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and the computer environment used by the User. These data are processed, for the time strictly necessary, for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its regular operation.

This site does not use first-party Profiling Cookies. This website hosts, in addition to proprietary Cookies, third-party Cookies, i.e., managed by other organizations. Legal basis of processing and nature of conferment

Data related to the website may come to the knowledge of the following subjects:

  • our staff appointed for the operations of its competence (Administration);
  • Freelancers and third-party companies, specifically appointed for the management of this website;
  • Internet Service Provider for the provision of services inherent to the Internet.

Transfers to third countries and international organizations

The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers, located within the European Union, of the Data Controller and/or third party companies appointed and duly appointed as Data Processors.

Complaint to the Control Authority:

A data subject who believes that the processing that concerns him or her violates EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) has the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali – Piazza di Monte Citorio n. 121 – 00186 Roma.

Rights of data subjects

  • Obtain the deletion of personal data concerning you without undue delay.
  • Exercise the right to be forgotten (In this case, Article 17(2) requires the data controller not only to erase the data – assuming, of course, that he considers the request legitimate as far as he is concerned – but also, “having regard to the available technology and the costs of implementation,” to take “reasonable measures, including technical measures” to inform any other data controllers who are using the data made public to him of the request he has received).
  • Obtain the restriction of processing when one of the cases provided for in Article 18 of the GDPR applies.
  • To receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data concerning him or her provided to the Data Controller, in the cases provided for in Article 20 of the GDPR. In exercising his or her rights regarding data portability, the data subject also has the right to obtain the direct transmission of personal data from one data controller to another, if technically feasible.
  • Object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her pursuant to Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the GDPR. In this case, the Data Controller will refrain from further processing personal data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
  • Not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. This right does not apply in cases covered by Article 22(2) of the GDPR.
