The Practice Lab at Rome Business School is where theoretical concepts are put into practice and participants learn through experience.

The Lab is led by Coca-Cola HBC Italia managers who will examine various specialist knowledge, work on exercises, and network with students while sharing their experience and expertise.

This Lab is entirely managed by Coca-Cola HBC Italia managers, with whom you will collaborate to develop a product launch strategy and run a virtual company as CEO. The Business Simulation is an innovative and engaging managerials tool that allow to reproduce the dynamics and logic of a business.

The Global Trends lab consists of 2 virtual sessions:

Session 1: How to Find Sources to identify global trends. Deep dive into the global world trends shaping the world of today – guest speakers from UN, UNIDO, ILO. Examples of Global Trends: ​

You will be given two case studies from two different companies to put your master’s course knowledge to the test.

Valentino Megale CEO Softcare Studios

Technology entrepreneur focused on digital health and mental wellness, TEDx speaker and author. Biologist, PhD in Neuropharmacology with international academic research experience in pharmacology, drug development, organic chemistry and molecular biology. In 2014 he co-founded the Open BioMedical Initiative, a social impact nonprofit organization addressing disabilities through 3D printing, online collaborative design and community building. Javier Iglesias Febrero Middle East General Manager and Head of Sustainability at Opinno

He started his career as an International Business Consultant at ICEX, working in Ghana in the Spanish Economic and Commercial Office of the Embassy. He then moved on to his role as Innovation and Strategy Project Leader at Opinno, where he subsequently became first Director Opinno LATAM and then Chief Operations Officer. Currently he is Middle East General Manager and Head of Sustainability at Opinno. He is also Member of the Advisory Board at Roams, an App which recommends the best plan based on consumption patterns and acts as a channel of communication with the providers remaining independent.
