Rome Business School is proud to take part in the ASFOR Master Day once again, which will take place on October 9th. This prestigious event serves as a crucial platform to highlight the value of ASFOR accreditation, nationally recognized as a symbol of excellence in managerial education; to introduce the School’s three ASFOR-accredited Masters – the International MBA, Executive Master in Marketing and Sales, and International Master in HR and Organization – and to explore the emerging trends reshaping the world of work and business.
For this occasion, Rome Business School will host a session titled “The Power of Inclusive Leadership: Leveraging Diverse Perspectives,” which will delve into the pivotal role of diversity and inclusion as drivers of innovation and organizational growth. The guest of honor, Dr. Michela Bonafoni, professor at Rome Business School, will guide us in discovering how inclusive leadership, by leveraging the potential of diverse perspectives, can transform organizations and lead them to business success.
Dr. Michela Bonafoni, an expert in fashion communication, has gained solid experience in the field, founding the agency 360+OneQuarter. In addition to her passion for aesthetics and marketing, she is actively dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion globally, providing consultancy to companies on topics related to social and environmental sustainability. Her work focuses on promoting “diversity & inclusion” and combating gender stereotypes, and she also aims to raise awareness on issues such as gender stereotypes and inclusive culture. Dr. Bonafoni will therefore offer participants a unique and valuable perspective on how to address contemporary business challenges through inclusive leadership strategies.
The event, held in English, will be further enriched by presentations from members of the Rome Business School Faculty, who will share their expertise and illustrate how an ASFOR-accredited master’s degree can equip future leaders with the skills needed to thrive in today’s complex business landscape.
