In occasion of the partnership between ZUMA Restaurants (part of the Azumi Ltd family) and Smeralda Holding, students of Rome Business School had the chance to learn about the companies and the newly available placement opportunities.
With several prestigious locations worldwide and its luxury appeal Zuma Restaurants is a brand that needs no introduction and now their cuisine will be offered in the #LuxuryHotels in the Sardinian Costa Smeralda, thanks to the collaboration with Smeralda Holding who owns the most important properties in Porto Cervo.
The collaboration will start in Spring 2020 and positions are open for several roles.

The new project for this summer will be create a fantastic synergy between Zuma and Smeralda Holdings, who own the most important luxury hotels and properties in Porto Cervo. The collaboration with the internationally renowned brand is part of the strategy for development and diversification of tourist services through the significant five-year investment programme set up by the Smeralda Holding Group in 2017.
Azumi in numbers
Zuma is a contemporary Japanese Restaurant, that was created by Rainer Becker after he spent six extensive years in Japan. Founded in London in 2002. It is the amazing result of a partnership created between Arjun Waney and Rainer which has become a celebrated venue for wines and sake worldwide.
One of the keys to the success of Zuma was the selection of premium ingredients and products, and the excellent staff and knowledge showed by all dedicated to the restaurants.
