The recognition was achieved after a very rigorous 10-month analysis that looked at various aspects such as the admission procedure, the course of study, the faculty and program director, the personal development of the students and career service, the structure and organizational aspects, the quality assurance system, the economic and financial sustainability of the Master’s program and the institution itself. Reviewed by: the Governing Council, the Accreditation Commission, and the review team of three reviewers appointed by the commission, who gave the Master’s program an average score of 4 out of 5 on all variables considered.

“The ASFOR accreditation of our Master in HR & Organization testifies to the constant dedication of the faculty in passionately transferring their knowledge and experience to the students, the commitment and determination of the students who aim for personal and professional enrichment, the fruitful collaboration with companies and managers, and the work of the entire RBS team” – says Mariella Pugliesi, Head of Didactic at Rome Business School.
