ASFOR accredits the Master in HR & Organization of Rome Business School, an exclusive recognition that makes it one of the best Business Schools in Italy

Rome Business School,a post-graduate training institute that is part of the Formación y Universidades network of De Agostini and Grupo Planeta, has obtained the ASFOR accreditation for its Master in HR & Organization. ASFOR, the Italian Association for Managerial Training, is the most important body in Italy for measuring the excellence of post-graduate and executive education courses. The Association follows the most rigorous international standards and evaluates in accordance with the requirements elaborated at a global level in the context of sector association bodies such as AACSB, EFMD, EQUAL.

The recognition was achieved after a very rigorous 10-month analysis that looked at various aspects such as the admission procedure, the course of study, the faculty and program director, the personal development of the students and career service, the structure and organizational aspects, the quality assurance system, the economic and financial sustainability of the Master’s program and the institution itself. Reviewed by: the Governing Council, the Accreditation Commission, and the review team of three reviewers appointed by the commission, who gave the Master’s program an average score of 4 out of 5 on all variables considered.

During the assessment phase, the value, solidity and quality of the training offered were recognized, in particular the professionalism of the teaching staff, the excellent direction of the program, the effective work of Career Services for the professional development of students and the internationality of RBS.
