Graduated, with honors, in Electronic Engineering from the University La Sapienza of Rome. After working for some years in the technical area (ERICSSON – 1993/1995), he addressed his professional development in the management area attending a Masters in Business Administration at the SDA Bocconi University – Milan. He has then gained more than 25 years of experience in the Purchasing and Supplier Management area, both as a consultant and in managerial positions. From 2014 he started his own business with the aim of supporting companies determined to achieve important improvements in their Purchasing, Supplier and Supply Chain Management. Main areas: 1) Strategic approach to Purchasing through Category Management 2) Cost Reduction actions leveraging on Purchasing 3) Implementation of tools to support Supplier and Supply Chain Management processes. He is working as much for big customers (Ferrari, Magneti Marelli, McDonald’s Italy, Riello, etc.) as for medium and small-medium sized companies (Pasta ZARA, Cantina La-Vis Group, Favini, Angelantoni, Viticoltori Ponte, etc.). Member of the Board of the CSCMP Roundtable Italy.
