In May 2025, the Rome Business School Career Center confirmed its central role in shaping students’ career paths. Through focused activities and personalized support, 134 students started professional journeys in leading companies. These included Renault Group, TIM, NTT Data, Six Senses, Rinascente, W Rome, Lungarno Collection and Marriott.
This achievement reflects the consistent commitment of the Career Center and Entrepreneurship team. They work daily to connect students with the job market and provide them with real growth opportunities.
Throughout May, students engaged in a dynamic schedule of initiatives. These helped them deepen their industry knowledge and build strong professional networks.
They participated in exclusive company meetings with Amazon, Monaco FC, Qatar Airways, and Twinset. These sessions gave direct insights into real business challenges and hiring processes.
Meanwhile, students joined career workshops delivered by companies such as Odgers Berndtson, PwC, Michael Page, General Electric, and Deloitte. The sessions blended practical activities with strategic guidance, helping students shape their approach to employment.
They also took part in company visits to Barilla, Amazon, Pomellato, and Fondazione Alda Fendi @Rhinoceros Roma. These experiences gave them a firsthand view of different work environments and corporate cultures.
To further support career exploration, the month also included a StartUp Talk with SQUP and a consultancy session hosted by Fiverr. These events focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, and the evolving freelance economy.
The Career Center supports each student individually. It starts by helping them define clear goals, then builds a step-by-step plan to reach them.
Through mentoring, consulting workshops, and access to strategic tools, students develop the mindset and skills needed to stand out. They also learn how to improve their CVs, prepare for interviews, and enhance their online presence.
This integrated approach empowers students to take control of their career paths and maximize their potential.
