From June 8-10, Rome Business School will participate in the EFMD Annual Conference 2022 in Prague, as a member of EFMD.
EFMD is a network for schools and companies that aims to develop socially responsible leaders and managers seeking opportunities to connect.
With a network of 30,000 management professionals from academia, business, utilities and consulting firms, EFMD plays a central role in shaping the global approach to management education and provides a unique forum for information, research, networking and debate on innovation and best practices.
This year’s conference entitled “What brought us here might not get us there! ” examines the theme of reevaluating where companies and business schools are starting from and where they want to go after these past 2 turbulent years: what does transformational leadership look like? – then look at organizations-what does the current and future world of work look like and how do we need to adapt it? – and finally look at the broader social context around issues such as the climate emergency, sustainability goals, and the broader global context, where a rethinking of strategies and actions may also become imminent.
Our General Manager María Ángeles Martos Molina, and our Dean Antonio Ragusa represent our Business School in this important event that contributes to enhancing our dynamic and avant-garde educational offerings.
