RBS4Entrepreneurship Pitch Day 2025

When ideas become Business

The RBS4Entrepreneurship Pitch Day marks the moment when theory turns into practice. Ideas evolve into real businesses. It is the final stage of the program: a six-month incubation journey. This journey guides young talents in transforming their concepts into viable, market-ready startups.

From Selection to Pitch Day 2025

The journey begins with the Selection Day. A panel of experts chooses the most promising teams. Specifically, they evaluate teams based on four key pillars: innovation, business sustainability, social impact, and team composition. Then, the eight selected startups embark on an intensive experience. This includes training, experimentation, and personalized mentorship. Ultimately, this process turns their initial vision into a structured, competitive business model.
Throughout the incubation period, participants face real-world challenges. They test their products and services and analyze market responses. Consequently, they refine their strategies with the help of dedicated mentors and industry partners. This hands-on guidance from professionals within the entrepreneurial ecosystem provides invaluable insight into the complexities of launching and growing a startup.
The Pitch Day 2025 represents the culmination of this transformative journey. Therefore, this stage is where the eight teams present their projects to an audience of investors, mentors, and business leaders. It’s a celebration of creativity, collaboration, and the entrepreneurial spirit. This spirit drives every idea to become something greater: a force capable of generating real economic and social value.

The Startups

AlaWayek

This idea was born to address two urgent challenges: children’s safety and women’s economic independence. AlaWayek proposes a community-based school transportation platform, specifically managed by women. It combines safe rides for children with income opportunities for unemployed mothers. Furthermore, the project aims to build an ecosystem founded on trust and local solidarity, using a proposed system of verification, real-time tracking, and security codes.

Gluck

Observing the world from above helps us understand how it changes. Gluck is a project that explores the use of artificial intelligence to analyze satellite and street-level imagery. This provides insights into urban and environmental transformations. Designed for public institutions, investors, and researchers, Gluck seeks to offer a tool capable of anticipating urban evolution before it appears in traditional data. Therefore, this idea opens the way to a new method of reading the future.

GreenBank

GreenBank was conceived as a project to make sustainability a daily habit. The idea envisions a digital platform. It integrates gamification, rewards, and recycling behavior tracking, thereby encouraging citizens to take an active role in reducing waste. Inspired by Pay-As-You-Throw policies and European Green Deal principles, GreenBank aims to create a collaborative ecosystem among users, businesses, and local authorities.

With its conceptual collection TAILORED, Menagerie Intimates explores a new vision of menswear. This vision blends classic tailoring with contemporary expressive freedom. Bold details, inclusivity, and craftsmanship lie at the heart of the project. It seeks to redefine authenticity and style, where fashion becomes a true language of identity.

Next Gen Helmet

Next Gen Helmet was conceived as an idea for a safer future on the ski slopes. The team proposes an intelligent helmet with integrated artificial intelligence. This helmet is capable of detecting falls, automatically contacting emergency services, and providing augmented reality navigation. Ultimately, this project combines design, technology, and safety to make the sports experience more interactive, connected, and protected.

TravelEase

TravelEase is a project designed to make tourism accessible for everyone. The idea envisions a digital platform. This platform collects and verifies accessibility data for hotels, museums, and landmarks. Thus, it helps people with diverse needs plan their trips more easily. Simultaneously, TravelEase aims to provide tourism operators with tools to improve accessibility standards, thereby promoting a more inclusive, responsible, and sustainable way of traveling.

SmartEat

With SmartEat, the team envisions a new approach to the lunch break. The app aims to connect professionals with nearby restaurants. This allows users to discover personalized offers, pre-order, and pay online. Designed for busy people who don’t want to compromise on quality, SmartEat seeks to simplify meal management. Furthermore, it helps restaurants optimize orders and visibility.
