Company Meeting Renault

At the forefront of reinventing mobility, the Renault Group has been a pioneer in vehicle manufacturing since 1899.

Guests Giulia Palmisani, HR Support & Recruiting Specialist, and Simone Carlucci, HR Business Partner, told our students about the history of the Renault Group from its beginnings to the present, presented the current business strategy, and analyzed new trends in the automotive industry, the daily work and the job market.

It was a really inspiring meeting that allowed the participants to learn more about the fast transformations of the automotive sector, the current risks and the opportunities for the companies. “The future belongs to those who are preparing it right now” stated our guests, continuing “The automotive sector is experiencing a real revolution. There are many trends that are changing the industry and the world of work. Failing to keep pace with these transformations poses serious risks to the survival of organizations. The only way we can not be overwhelmed is to anticipate the change”.
