Rome Business School's Pitch Day 2022: 5 startups pitch in front of investors and entrepreneurs

After months of intense work in the incubation phase of the RBS4Entrepreneurship program, the 5 selected teams presented their projects to an audience of potential investors and the jury. Many the speakers and the participants, among them keynote speaker Ilaria Fava, Co-Founder and CEO of B-yond venture who urged the wannabe entrepreneurs to be resilient:

Adapp a fashion e-commerce shop: an innovative and unique digital platform created to connect people with disabilities with fashion brands and tailors across Europe, making them accessible to all.

Backstage Members, Gastronomy Industry: A members’ club providing an effortless luxury dining experience, creating a personalised and complete customer journey with the opportunity for crypto payments and NFTs.

CO2NVERT, Sustainable Products also presented its technology: they are able to convert carbon dioxide into green ethanol, a valuable industrial resource that can be used in the production of beverages, cosmetics, disinfectants, fuels.

The Universe: is an educational institution built on the blockchain. It provides educators with a new way of transmitting information through gamification.

Withinne: a sustainable fashion brand that creates 100% sustainable women’s clothing, operating through a circular business model, creating a positive impact at all stages.

It is a source of great joy for us to have witnessed the professional growth of all the competing projects over the past 6 months, but above all, it is a source of pride for us to have supported these innovative and socially responsible projects and their teams in the realisation of their business idea.

RBS4Entrepreneurship Results

The RBS4Entrepreneurship is the perfect Program for those who want to launch their own business
In the 2021-2022 Edition:

  • +91 Startup Projects were developed in the open program
  • 3 Startups from the 2021 run are already on the market, with a 50% success rate out of the total incubated startups in 2021
  • Over our first Pitch Day run more than 35 investing entitiest have networked with our students sowing seeds of potential future investments
  • 497 students from 57 countries and 22 masters have presented their ideas
  • More than 50 Startup Founders, Venture Capitalists and Independent Business Angels mentoring students through talks, roundtables and workshops.
