If these questions resonate with you, Brilliant Open Play was created to give you a voice and a platform for exchange. This initiative stems from the collaboration between Roberta Ponticiello, founder of Brilliant | Let your spark shine, and Dorotea Ceriello, a Rome Business School Alumna from the Master in Ethics, Diversity and Inclusion.
Brilliant Open Play offers an open, creative workshop environment dedicated to students, alumni, young workers, and experienced professionals. The initiative aims to harness collective intelligence to make career orientation and guidance pathways more effective, concrete, and closely aligned with real-world needs—turning career transitions into empowering opportunities rather than overwhelming obligations.
During the session, participants will take part in dynamic interactive activities, headlined by the “Design Your Future” workshop.
Facilitated through the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology, this experiential format has already engaged over 800 young people aged 13 to 28 across more than 40 workshops. Through play, inquiry, and structured reflection, the workshop equips participants with strategic tools to unlock their potential, manage real-world complexity, and make conscious decisions about their future paths.
