Rome Business School launches the Interactive Webinar, Change Management: a challenge for the Project Management Professional in which the various aspects to be managed will be addressed, in tackling a project that often brings with it significant changes, not only at a technological but also organizational and psychological level.
Among the responsibilities of the Project Manager in the Change Management area, there is also stakeholder satisfaction, which does not end only in releasing a “perfectly” solution in line with the agreed scope, but implies an effective generation of added value. A correct knowledge of Change Management techniques generates an atmosphere within the team in support of change, with effective and tangible communication actions, of a positive success of the project avoiding to lead to a generalized decrease in interest or distrust of the team , towards its actions aimed at achieving a common goal.
The course of implementation of a change project can be quite long, therefore it is essential to keep expectations of success high in order not to discourage direct workers. These and many other topics will be addressed during the Online Webinar Change Management: a challenge for the Project Management Professional of Rome Business School.
The Webinar issues a certificate with 1 Strategic and Business Management Professional Development Unit (PDU), valid for the maintenance of all PMI® certifications.
