We are really proud to announce that Nikos Fifis, a student of the Online Master in Digital Marketing and Business Transformation at Rome Business School, has been included in the Forbes 30 under 30 Greece list for his involvement in Non-Profit Organisations.
“Being a law student with a lot of free time, I wanted to do something more meaningful. It was 2018 when I started getting involved in NGOs. First it was a TEDx DUTH, then vice president of marketing and communications for the International Council of ELSA (European Law Students Association), then the Institute for Internet and the Just Society. After accumulating enough experience and, most importantly, a very competent working partner Vassilis Koutsoumpas, I thought it was time to do something better. And that is how WeFor was born,” these are the words of Nikos Fifis.
We For is an Athens-based NGO, of which Nikos is a co-founder, addressing major challenges and social issues such as: climate change, gender equality and technology ethics.
About his journey in Rome Business School he said, “Rome Business School has helped me to continuously change, improve and enrich my management and marketing skills to effectively communicate my goals to the world. Its global perspective has made me more understanding of different cultures and a better leader in general.”
Nikos then wanted to give some advice to our students:”Stop telling yourself you can’t do something! Who cares if you are not perfect yet: the only thing that will make you better is to pursue your passion relentlessly. Once you start doing that, you will be ready to thrive in today’s changing world!
And to all you we say: remember that turning your goals and dreams into reality is possible!
