Rome Business School as a proud partner of the ZERO HUNGER RUN 2016 is inviting you to join us on Sunday, 16 October 2016 for a good cause run. Register here!
Rome Business School has decided to embrace the cause of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and its agencies; and actively support it to help change the lives of many people who suffer from hunger. You can also play a big role in feeding someone by taking part in this solidarity race alongside the other runners.
Money from registration fees target the poorest of the poor, going towards projects that improve their ability to produce and access food, and that ultimately improve people’s lives.
This year is the 10th edition of annual Zero Hunger Run 5km and 10km non-competitive run/walk. The run will start on Viale delle Terme di Caracalla. Crowds begin gathering from around 8.00 am, with the starting shot fired at 10 a.m. Those taking part then set off on a route taking them through the beautiful streets of Rome’s historic centre.
Zero Hunger Run 2016 will be organized by Gruppo Sportivo Bancari Romani on behalf of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), World Food Programme (WFP), and Bioversity International, with the collaboration of sponsors and partners.
