What an incredible start for Rome Business School’s new academic year for the International Masters’ students! Executive Students, stay tuned for your Master Kick-Off this November!
We proudly welcomed 1,997 new students in the past weeks. They are joining our vibrant community, adding up to 3,384 students for the April intake.
This is a diverse and dynamic cohort: 64% are international, coming from 136 countries. Specifically, they hail from Europe (61%), Asia (18%), the Americas (9%), and Africa & Oceania (12%). Top nationalities include Germany, The Netherlands, the USA, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, India, and Turkey. The average age is 29, and 61% are women. Moreover, our students bring an inspiring mix of ambition, talent, and global perspective.
This new intake marks an important milestone: 65 programs across Masters, MBA, and Executive courses. They are guided by 32 Program Directors and a faculty of 252 professors, 34% of whom are international. Furthermore, this year, Rome Business School proudly introduces three new programs:
All programs are designed in collaboration with top global partners such as Meta, Unilever, and Deloitte. This ensures they align with the evolving market needs and the next generation of business leaders.
The School now counts over 1,400 partner companies, including Toyota, EY, Louis Vuitton, and NTT Data. They are actively involved in Business Practice Labs, Company Presentations, and Capstone Projects. Therefore, students gain real-world exposure and industry connection throughout their journey.
To ensure academic excellence remains in tune with the professional landscape, Rome Business School works closely with its Corporate Advisory Board (CAB). This group consists of 134 senior managers and CEOs from international companies such as PwC, Amazon, and L’Oréal. Through dedicated CAB workshops, these leaders share insights on market trends, challenges, and evolving skill demands. This helps shape programs that truly reflect the needs of today’s global business world.
The Welcome Week kicked off with energy, inspiration, and a strong sense of community. Students had the chance to meet companies, professors, and peers. This occurred through workshops, meetings, and interactive sessions designed to explore career opportunities and understand the RBS learning experience.
More than 28 leading international companies joined the event, including P&G, Alfasigma, TIM, Wolters Kluwer, Oracle, Fendi, and KPMG. They shared real-world insights and professional advice. Among the highlights of the week was “Leaders of Tomorrow,” an exclusive networking and skill-building session. It aimed at fostering connections, meaningful discussion, and developing key leadership competencies that students will strengthen throughout their Master journey.
Students also met their Program Directors and engaged with the Career Center, International Department, and Student Services. They discovered all the opportunities that will accompany them throughout their journey. These range from personalized career coaching and company meetings to workshops, recruiting sessions, international bootcamps, and networking events.
In 2026, Rome Business School continues to innovate its educational experience:
These initiatives strengthen the connection between academia and the business world. Consequently, they empower students to build adaptable, responsible, and future-ready profiles. In fact, Rome Business School’s dedication to excellence and innovation has been confirmed by nine international recognitions. These came from renowned institutions such as QS World University Rankings, CEO Magazine, Eduniversal, Positive Impact Rating, and Times Higher Education. This confirms our place among the most dynamic and globally minded higher education institutions in Italy.
Students experience internationality from day one, and beyond. They can choose a week abroad experience, such as Bootcamps in Silicon Valley, Doha, Lagos, Paris, Barcelona, Tuscany, London, Dublin, China, Porto, Rome, India, and Peru. Alternatively, they can opt for the Grand Tour across Venice, Florence, and Naples. These opportunities help to build international networks, learn from worldwide leading companies, and experience international case studies. According to the Employment Report 2025, these and many other opportunities open doors: 62% of graduates work in multinational companies, 85% in the private sector, and 42% of international students choose to remain in Italy after graduation. Moreover, every RBS graduate becomes part of a global alumni network of 10,000+ professionals in 161 countries. This lifelong community supports networking, learning, and career growth.
“Every year we welcome students from all around the world — each bringing unique experiences, cultures, and perspectives. The Welcome Week marks the beginning of a journey that is not only academic but deeply human: one of discovery, growth, and global connection,” says Antonio Ragusa, Dean of Rome Business School.
“We believe that true learning arises from curiosity, collaboration, and the desire to build a more conscious and sustainable future together.”
