The CAB Workshops in the areas of CEO & General Management, Fashion, Luxury and Sports, Food and Tourism were held at RBS in March.

Three inspiring workshops that involved former and current CEOs, Vice Presidents, Presidents of prestigious companies and managers working in the Fashion, Sports, Food, Beverage and Tourism industries as well as Faculty members.

The insights from CEOs and General Managers

CEOs and General Managers discussed future trends in the management world. According to our guests what distinguishes good managers are solid backgrounds, having a mastery of a range of business skills, soft skills, and coaching skills. In particular, they agreed that future managers need training especially on inclusiveness, diversity and sustainability.

New Trends in the Sports, Tourism, Food & Beverage Industries

The Sports, Tourism, Food & Beverage area workshop was an opportunity to share views and ideas on current challenges, future trends, digital transformation, and how new technologies have impacted processes, transformed and are transforming businesses. What is critical in these sectors is to be competitive, to reinvest in human capital, and to have dynamic teams ready to respond to new market trends. In these sectors storytelling is fundamental, every brand must be able to tell its story in a clear way, it is necessary to make the public fall in love not with the brand itself but with the solutions that the brand proposes to people.

Skills of the future Fashion & Luxury Manager

The workshop for the Fashion & Luxury area was an opportunity to question what skills are required of young people who want to enter this world. For the guests who spoke, it is essential in fashion companies to have flexibility and the ability to adapt to what are the two souls of fashion namely business and creativity. In short, the manager of the future in these industries is one who possesses a technical profile, adaptability and soft skills.

We thank the Managers and Professionals present, whose exchange with Business School and the Program Directors helps shape up-to-date training to our students.
The upcoming workshops will involve the areas of Marketing, Sales, Communication, Arts and Startups.
