Rome Business School Launches Startup Booster, a New International Startup Programme

Rome Business School has announced the launch of Startup Booster, new international Startup Programme developed by its Career Service & Entrepreneurship division.

The initiative targets high-potential startups that have already moved past the idea stage. It’s designed for teams with an MVP, a beta, a validated demo, or a testable product who are ready to focus on execution, market readiness, and growth.

A Program Built to Accelerate Startup Growth

Startup Booster was created to support founders and entrepreneurial teams at a critical stage: the shift from early product validation to a stronger market trajectory. The program combines mentorship, managerial advisory, access to talent, and fundraising preparation, alongside corporate connections and opportunities to engage with an international network of professionals, alumni, and partners.

The value delivered to selected teams remains the starting point. Rome Business School acts as an enabling platform, offering managerial expertise, an international community, an alumni network, faculty, mentors, and corporate relationships.

At Least Five Startups Selected for a Five-Month Program

The first edition of Startup Booster will select at least five startups for a five-month acceleration journey. Throughout the program, teams will work with mentors, alumni, faculty, and industry professionals across several key growth areas:

  • business model and go-to-market strategy;
  • sales, marketing, and finance;
  • fundraising narrative;
  • leadership and team development;
  • international growth and corporate partnerships.

The goal is to strengthen the strategic and operational quality of selected projects, preparing them to engage confidently with the market, partners, and potential investors. Expected outcomes include a stronger pitch deck, a clearer value proposition, improved investor readiness, and thorough preparation for the final Demo Day.

“With Startup Booster, we want to build a concrete, selective, and market-oriented acceleration program. We’re looking for startups that have already started validating their product and are ready to work on growth, positioning, and investor readiness. Our ambition is to give selected teams access to an international ecosystem of managerial expertise, mentors, talent, and qualified connections. The program’s credibility will depend on the real value we manage to generate for these startups,” said Marco Regoli.

Who Can Apply to Startup Booster

Startup Booster is open to international startups at beta, early traction, pre-seed, or seed stage, whether already incorporated or in the process of incorporation. The program considers ventures that have:

  • a team of at least two people with clearly defined roles;
  • an updated pitch deck and a defined value proposition;
  • availability to actively participate throughout the program;
  • the ability to work in English.

The call is open to startups from around the world. Through its international network of alumni, partners, faculty, mentors, and entrepreneurial communities, Rome Business School will run a global scouting process to identify high-potential founders and teams.

The Demo Day: A Moment of Validation and Ecosystem Access

The program will conclude with a Demo Day, where startups will present their projects to a selected audience of mentors, alumni, corporate partners, faculty, investors, and innovation ecosystem stakeholders.

The Demo Day will represent an important opportunity for validation and visibility, as well as a chance to build new relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders across the industry.

If you’re leading a startup ready to focus on execution, growth, and investor readiness, Startup Booster could be your next step. Apply now and discover how Rome Business School can support your journey to Demo Day.
