The Rome Business School’s Practice Lab is where theoretical concepts are put into practice and participants learn through experience.
The lab is led by KPMG managers who will review various specialized knowledge, work on exercises, and network with students, sharing their experience and expertise. You will collaborate to develop a product launch strategy and manage a virtual company as CEO. Business Simulation is an innovative and engaging management tool that allows you to reproduce the dynamics and logic of a company.

At the end of the training experience, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills by tackling a real-world business challenge. Use your skills to identify opportunities and develop a truly innovative strategy.

Antonio Scialletti
Program Director
Antonio Scialletti is an experienced senior strategy advisor with over 25 years of experience in international business development and management consulting.
He lived and worked in the United States (Boston and Seattle) for four years, eight years in Milan at Deloitte, and eight years in Shanghai, China. Since 2019, he has been Director of the MBA program and Professor of Strategy at the Rome Business School, where he leads the business strategy courses. He also serves as Strategy Director & Project Leader for the LIFE project at SBS Group in Varese, Italy, focusing on international business development and sustainable projects. Mr. Scialletti’s career includes leadership roles as CEO of GEA International in Shanghai and General Manager at William George Asia Ltd.
He has significant experience in strategic planning, business development, and market entry strategies, particularly in Europe and China. His consulting work has spanned various sectors, including industrial and management consulting. He holds an MBA from Boston University and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Mr. Scialletti has operated in numerous global markets, including the United States, Italy, China, and Europe, contributing to the growth and success of international businesses.
Raffaele MannellaProgram Director of Master in Entrepreneurship
Over 26 years of experience as an Export Manager, Entrepreneur, and Project & Operations Manager, with a focus on enterprise software applications and professional services. Passionate about Project Management, particularly in the Information Technology sector, he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
In 2005, he co-founded Comtaste S.r.l., an IT consulting firm where he still serves as CEO, primarily overseeing strategic projects for the company and directly managing key clients, including several multinationals such as Adobe, Google, and HP.
In 2019, he founded TS Mood S.r.l., an innovative startup operating in the online booking sector for tourism. He is also the Program Director of the Master in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Rome Business School.
Marshall LangerProgram Director of Master in Finance
Marshall Langer is a native of Miami, Florida. He received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has additionally taken extensive graduate coursework in Counseling Psychology at New York University. Marshall enjoyed a 12-year career in diverse business and finance sectors in the U.S. and Europe. He has worked on Wall Street on investment banking and risk arbitrage for firms like Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as well as in trading for BNP Paribas. He further worked in the areas of corporate management, marketing strategy, management consulting, and real estate and he is also a Trained Group Counselor. Marshall has also taught at New York University’s Stern School of Business, Fordham University, University of Connecticut, Luiss University, and The American University of Rome. Marshall authored UN agency FAO Course guide: Fundamentals of International Business Management (Rome, 2006) and co-authored of Leveraged Buyouts (Rome, Kappa, 2012).

He started his career as an Economic Advisor and Research Analyst at the Chambre de Commerce Italienne pour la France in Marseille, then became a Business Analyst at SchlumbergerSema. He progressed from Business Analyst to Manager at Arthur D. Little, then Senior Manager at Accenture, and Associate Partner at Bain & Company. He later became Senior Director of Insight & Cloud Strategy at Oracle, and then focused on Industry Strategy & Transformation. Currently, he is a Faculty Member at the European Institute for Innovation and Sustainability, a Contract Professor at Luiss Business School, and Head of Group Digital Offering & Go-to-Market Strategy at Engineering Ingegneria Informatica. He is also an ICF-certified Executive Coach (ICF ACC). Francesco Landolfi is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in leadership roles across e-health industrie, private equity, and, management consulting, covering international managerial positions in sales and marketing at major companies such as Microsoft, Baxter, and IBM. He currently serves as a lecturer and external professor specializing in Entrepreneurship and International Business Management, having developed a course on "Managing Entrepreneurial Ventures" for MBA students He holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University, with a concentration in Finance and International Business, and a degree in Economics, cum laude, from L.U.I.S.S. University in Rome. Mr. Landolfi has also taught on subjects related to international business, having contributed to academic institutions globally. Mr. Landolfi’s extensive professional experience includes senior roles at major firms such as Microsoft Italy, Arthur D. Little, and Arventia Capital, where he led strategic projects in e-health, digital health, healthcare SMEs, and private equity investments, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises. He has been instrumental in the development of groundbreaking technologies and projects in health services and has forged strong international corporate relationships, particularly in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Valentino Megale is a tech entrepreneur, biologist, and innovation advocate specializing in mental well-being through immersive technologies and data monitoring. He is the CEO and co-founder of Softcare Studios, a digital health startup that leverages advanced technologies to enhance medical treatments and support patients’ mental health. Valentino has over 7 years of professional experience in the digital health sector.
He holds a PhD in Neuropharmacology from the "D’Annunzio" University of Chieti, with international experience in Austria and France. He is also an online lecturer in immersive technologies at the Web Marketing Festival and serves as Program Director and lecturer at Rome Business School. His academic background spans 6 years, focusing on neuropharmacology and biotechnology.

Leila Nawel ChentoufEconomics and International Cooperation Expert
Dr. Leila Nawel Chentouf is a professor of economics with over 20 years of experience in academia and industry. She currently teaches at the Swiss School of Management and various European business schools, specializing in competitive strategic management, globalization, and financial regulation.
She holds a PhD in International Economics from Université Paris X Nanterre (2002). Her research focuses on the impact of globalization on labor markets and economic vulnerabilities, as well as the digital revolution’s effect on work organization and incentives.
Dr. Chentouf has over 11 years of university teaching experience, where she integrates theoretical insights with practical applications in economics and strategic management. She has worked as an International Project Manager in the petroleum sector, managing significant programs like MEDA 1 and MEDA 2, and has advised multinational companies in energy, tourism, and green energy sectors.
She has presented at international conferences such as the ILERA World Congress and UBS International Research Conference, and has chaired sessions at the SASE and Eurofound conferences.

He currently works as an Expert Data Scientist at the Corte dei Conti and lectures in Big Data and Business Analytics at Rome Business School. Dr. Patrizi focuses on developing students' skills in data analysis, machine learning, and business intelligence. He holds a Master's degree in Management and Automation Engineering from the University of Roma Tre and a Master’s degree in Analysis and Modelling of Data and Processes from the Università degli Studi di Roma UnitelmaSapienza. Dr. Patrizi has also earned multiple certifications in data science and AI from institutions like IBM, the University of Helsinki, and the Hasso Plattner Institute.
In addition to his academic work, Dr. Patrizi has significant industry experience, having worked as Data and Analytics Project Manager at Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP), and previously as Data Governance Architect and Business Intelligence Analyst with Iccrea Banking Group and Credito Fondiario S.p.A. His career spans sectors like automotive, telecommunications, and finance, with expertise in SAS, Python, Power BI, SQL, and Cloudera. Gabriele is certified in Scrum, Business Process Modeling, and AI, and focuses on promoting data-driven strategies and innovation.
Daniele MaverSenior Advisor and lecturer Freelance
Daniele Maver is a seasoned executive with over 40 years of experience in the automotive and finance sectors. He began his professional journey in 1984 at Ford Italy, later joining Nissan Italy, where he played a key role in the startup phase and development of the National Sales Company. Over his 12-year tenure at Nissan, he held several senior national roles — including Chief Financial Officer and Sales & Marketing Director — as well as international assignments. Notably, he successfully led the launch of Nissan's captive finance company, serving as Managing Director for four years.
In 2000, he joined Ford Motor Company in the UK and, in 2002, was appointed Managing Director of Ford Credit Italia, Ford’s financial services division in Italy.
From May 2007 to 2021, he served as President and CEO of Jaguar Land Rover Italia, overseeing operations, strategy, and the brand's growth in the Italian market. He has deep expertise in strategic, financial, and operational management, and has contributed significantly to mergers and acquisitions, financial product development, and dealer network management.
He currently teaches at LUISS Business School, where he leads courses on Smart Mobility, Automotive Marketing, and Brand Management. He is also the author of articles on the strategic transformation of the automotive sector, published in outlets such as La Repubblica and industry journals like ItaliaInforma. Additionally, he provides consulting services to automotive companies and retailers, offering his expertise to support innovation and transition within the sector.
Daniele Maver holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Rome La Sapienza, earned an MBA from Bocconi University, and is a certified Chartered Accountant.
