4 Differentiated Career Paths Customized To Your Career Moment

The Career Center has enhanced its offerings with the Career Accelerator.
RBS’s career accelerator programs are dedicated to those who wish to establish themselves in the corporate environment.

We offer a range of 4 occupational programs based on diversity of seniority, such as:

• RBS Career Starter is the entry-level program designed for students taking their first steps into the job market, with a focus on understanding the best matches between industry and career outlets, developing better self-professional awareness, and creating a versatile personal branding package.
• RBS Career Mover, on the other hand, is the intermediate level program, dedicated to those who have a few years of professional experience and want to move their careers from one market to another, with a focus on global job trends, digital nomadism, and international job mobility.
• RBS Career Advancer is the intermediate level program, dedicated to those who have a few years of professional experience and want to move their career from one market to another or develop a vertical growth plan, with a strong focus on Italian job trends.
• RBS Career Propeller – advanced level program, is dedicated to those who have 3-5 years of professional managerial experience (such as our RBS MBA students), who want to further develop their careers in middle and top management positions, with a strong focus on Italian and international work trends.

With its customized offer the RBS Career Accelerator Program will help students develop the knowledge, market and tools needed to pursue a successful career in a specific industry and benefit from a network of valuable connections with top companies and recruiters.

The Indepedent Employment Program

Beginning with the April 2023 intake, Rome Business School students, in addition to the RBS4Entrepreneurship program and the Career Accelerator, had the opportunity to choose the new Independent Employment Program.

With this new track, RBS will support students who wish to develop a freelance business as a solopreneur.
Students who choose the Independent Employment program will have access to a range of activities:

• Success Story Talks with independent consultants,
• Cycle of workshops specific to developing minimum sustainable services as an independent professional: understanding legal and bureaucratic aspects, how to attract clients, best language techniques and behaviors to excel,
• Individual Meetings with a team of experts to refine their personal branding as well as networking and client funnel models.
• Practice rounds with the RBS4Entrepreneurship students
• The RBS #indie business fair: the opportunity to pitch a service portfolio to potential b2b and b2c clients invited to attend the event.
