On the 17 February Rome Business School held its Selection Day. For students who participate in the RBS4Entrepreneurship program, this is a very important moment, taking them one step closer to turning their idea into a real startup business.
During the event, the 15 best projects chosen by our pre-selection committee presented their 3 minute pitch to have the chance to get into the Incubation program of Rome Business School. The projects were evaluated by a jury of entrepreneurs, investors and startuppers, in a live presentation session.
Thanks to the RBS4Entrepreneurship program, students who have always wanted to start their own startup will be able to do so. With this program, in fact, Rome Business School demonstrates its support for entrepreneurship on an Italian and international scale and we are happy to make a concrete contribution by accompanying young entrepreneurs on their path of growth.
For this edition 15 projects have been presented by RBS students to the evaluation committee:

🔹Food4Soul: Subscription service to connect culinary entrepreneurs and foodies
🔹Gallery Rally: Social networking application for art galleries and visitors
🔹Kliteur: Improve the overall health and well-being of women
🔹MeWe: A score-based certification for non-profit organizations
🔹Blind Friending: Application that will bring you together with like-minded people
🔹The Design Shop: Full-cycle platform-based digital agency
🔹Alternalgae: Microalgae production in Photobioreactors,supplying businesses with high-added value products
🔹Craftnet: Bringing the Beauty of Craftsmanship to Everyone
🔹SQUP Plant-based ice cream packaged with no added sugars
🔹FunJob:Social talent network that gives economic value to one’s knowledge and optimizes recruiting time
The jury composed of entrepreneurs, investors and startuppers is now evaluating the projects according the criteria of: social impact, team, innovation capacity and sustainability of the idea, in line with our #BetterManagersforaBetterWorld vision.
Only 7 projects will have the opportunity to access a six-month incubation track and will then be able to develop their business idea with the support of expert advisors who will guide them in creating an MVP. Winners will be announced on the 1st of March.
