Rome Business School inaugurates the new academic year with strong growth and renewed global energy.
Following the arrival of the 1,997 students from the October intake, added to the 1,387 from April for a total of 3,384 learners, the School also welcomed participants of the Executive Orientation Week on November 14 and 15—another 380 professionals joining both online and onsite. A continuously expanding community that today represents 136 nationalities, with a significant international presence (64%).
This new academic year offers 65 programs across Masters, MBAs, and Executive Courses, led by 32 Program Directors and supported by a faculty of 252 lecturers, 34% of whom are international. Rome Business School expands its academic offering with two new Masters—the International Master in Brand Management and Communication, and the International Master in Banking and Risk Management—and, for the first time, a Bachelor in Business Economics developed with partners such as Meta, Unilever, and Deloitte. Teaching hours have increased, pathways are more customizable with 50 elective courses available, and partnerships now exceed 1,400 companies—including Toyota, EY, Louis Vuitton, and NTT Data—engaged in Business Practice Labs, Company Presentations, and Capstone Projects.
This continuous innovation is driven by the contribution of the CAB, a board of 134 managers and CEOs from major global companies such as PwC, Amazon, and L’Oréal. Through the CAB workshops, they share with RBS the latest needs, trends, and challenges of the job market.

Company presentations will adopt a practical, networking-oriented approach. Career Labs will offer advanced training in interviews, elevator pitches, and personalized simulations to boost confidence and performance. Career Fairs will grow with more companies, industries, and opportunities, adding a virtual edition and access to international fairs.
During Orientation Week, the new October Global and International intakes—online and on campus—had the opportunity to interact with companies and lecturers through workshops, meetings, and activities aimed at exploring career opportunities, understanding teaching methodologies, and receiving insights from professionals across sectors. Participants included HR and managers from P&G, Alfasigma, TIM, Wolters Kluwer, and Oracle, among many other leading global companies. Students met their Program Directors, including those from the newly introduced Masters designed to shape profiles aligned with emerging labor-market needs: international experience, inclusivity and diversity, soft skills, and digital competencies.
A week filled with energy, connections, and knowledge was enriched by the presence of Barbara Sessa, General Manager and President of Mastercard Finance, who inspired students during the Opening Ceremony with these words:
“The journey you are beginning is not only about learning how to work, but about discovering who you will become. As you start this new chapter, remember: the future doesn’t belong to those who know the most. It belongs to those who are truly eager to learn.”
Among the special guests on the first day were two distinguished Alumni, Francisco Martinez Paredes (FAO) and Ekaterina Lebedeva, who demonstrated how far this journey can take you.
The Executive Master students then began their own path focused on inspiration, leadership, and the future of work. They were welcomed by an inspirational speech from Luca Conforti (HR, Valentino), who left a powerful message:
“Find your path. Choose a job that excites you and makes you feel good. Without passion, you won’t go far. Accept that others may get ahead of you—use it as fuel for growth.”
This was followed by a dedicated Alumni Testimonials session, featuring contributions such as that of Giulia De Angelis, who encouraged new students by saying:
“Challenge yourselves, break barriers, and don’t be afraid. Stay hungry and humble in your learning, so you can always maintain a 360-degree vision.”
For the new Executive participants, there were also valuable opportunities to connect with top brands from various sectors—including Oracle, Biblioteca Ambrosiana, and Oasis – WWF.
Students engaged in numerous discussions with Program Directors and received an introduction to 2025 job-market perspectives from Marco Regoli, Head of Career Services, to understand which skills will be essential for the future. By joining RBS, every student becomes part of a global network of over 10,000 alumni across 161 countries.
“Welcome Week marks the beginning of a journey that is not only academic, but deeply human—a path of discovery, growth, and global connection.” – Antonio Ragusa, Dean, Rome Business Schoo
