Following the arrival of 1,997 students from the October intake, combined with the 1,387 enrolled in April, the School now counts 3,384 learners. On November 14 and 15, RBS also welcomed 380 professionals attending the Executive Orientation Week both online and onsite. The community now represents 136 nationalities, with a strong international presence of 64%.
This academic year includes 65 programs across Masters, MBAs, and Executive Courses. They are led by 32 Program Directors and supported by 252 lecturers, 34% of whom come from abroad.
Rome Business School has introduced two new Masters: the International Master in Brand Management and Communication and the International Master in Banking and Risk Management.
For the first time, the School also offers a Bachelor in Business Economics, developed with partners such as Meta, Unilever, and Deloitte.
Teaching hours have increased, and learning pathways are now more customizable through 50 elective courses. Partnerships exceed 1,400 companies, including Toyota, EY, Louis Vuitton, and NTT Data. These companies actively participate in Business Practice Labs, Company Presentations, and Capstone Projects.
Innovation is guided by the CAB, a board of 134 managers and CEOs from global companies such as PwC, Amazon, and L’Oréal. Through CAB workshops, they share market needs, trends, and challenges.
From Welcome Week onwards, students experience the School’s global dimension. They enhance skills, enrich their knowledge, and grow their network. Throughout the year, students can join national and international study experiences, including Bootcamps in Silicon Valley, Doha, Lagos, Paris, Barcelona, Tuscany, Venice, Florence, Naples, London, Dublin, China, Porto, Rome, India, and Peru.
In 2026, Rome Business School will further strengthen Career Services. The goal is to improve the connection between students and the corporate world. Workshops will become more practical and aligned with academic paths. Company presentations will focus more on networking and real-world applications.
Career Labs will offer advanced training in interviews, elevator pitches, and personalized simulations. Career Fairs will expand with more companies and opportunities, including a virtual edition and access to international fairs.
During Orientation Week, the new Global and International October intakes—online and on campus—met companies and lecturers through workshops and meetings. They explored career paths, teaching approaches, and industry insights from professionals.
Participants included HR leaders and managers from P&G, Alfasigma, TIM, Wolters Kluwer, and Oracle. Students also met their Program Directors, including those leading the newly introduced Masters. These programs prepare students for emerging job-market demands, focusing on international experience, soft skills, inclusion, diversity, and digital competencies.
The Opening Ceremony featured Barbara Sessa, General Manager and President of Mastercard Finance, who offered students powerful advice:
“The journey you are beginning is not only about learning how to work, but about discovering who you will become. The future doesn’t belong to those who know the most. It belongs to those who are eager to learn.”
Two distinguished Alumni, Francisco Martinez Paredes (FAO) and Ekaterina Lebedeva, also joined the event and shared their experiences.
Executive Master students began their own journey focused on leadership and the future of work. They were welcomed by Luca Conforti (HR, Valentino), who shared this message:
“Find your path. Choose a job that excites you and makes you feel good. Without passion, you won’t go far. Accept that others may get ahead of you—use it as fuel for growth.”
During the Alumni Testimonials session, Giulia De Angelis encouraged new students with these words:
“Challenge yourselves, break barriers, and don’t be afraid. Stay hungry and humble in your learning, so you can keep a 360-degree vision.”
New Executive participants also connected with top brands such as Oracle, Biblioteca Ambrosiana, and Oasis – WWF.
Students held discussions with Program Directors and received insights into 2025 job-market trends from Marco Regoli, Head of Career Services. By joining RBS, every learner becomes part of a global network of over 10,000 alumni from 161 countries.
“Welcome Week marks the beginning of a journey that is not only academic, but deeply human—a path of discovery, growth, and global connection.” – Antonio Ragusa, Dean, Rome Business School.
