Rome Business School is proud to announce an exciting new collaboration with the University of Vaasa through the launch of their first-ever joint study tour. Designed under the theme “Managing in a Multicultural Environment”, this immersive program will take place on campus in Rome from May 7–9, 2025.
This pioneering initiative marks a significant step in international academic cooperation, offering 18 professionals from the Finnish Institution, a unique opportunity to blend academic excellence with real-world business experiences in the heart of Italy.
Over the course of three days, participants will engage in a dynamic blend of classroom sessions, business case projects, mentoring, and exclusive company visits. Topics will include international business, nation branding, and inclusive leadership in multicultural environments—critical themes in today’s globalized economy.
The agenda also features high-impact visits to organizations such as the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Radisson Blu, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Cultural experiences are seamlessly integrated, including guided tours of the Colosseum, a walking tour through Rome’s historic centre, and an exploration of contemporary creativity at the MAXXI Museum.
This study tour not only strengthens the academic alliance between the two institutions but also enhances students’ cross-cultural competencies, strategic thinking, and global leadership skills.
Rome Business School looks forward to welcoming students from the University of Vaasa for what promises to be an enriching and unforgettable international learning experience.
