Rome, June 13, 2025 – Today, the campus of Rome Business School transforms into a true hub of creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial vision thanks to RBS4Entrepreneurship, the program designed to support the development of startups with high social, technological, and cultural impact.
The event “Meet Your Team“ marks the official start of this journey, bringing together students and alumni, both on campus and online, for a dynamic and interactive day aimed at connecting those who have a business idea with those eager to contribute to its realization.
“Meet Your Team” is much more than a networking event: it is the starting point for the creation of multidisciplinary teams composed of Idea Holders (those presenting a startup) and Idea Seekers (students looking to join a project).
This year’s edition brought together 67 Idea Holders and 66 Idea Seekers, with 49 Idea Holders actively participating in the event. The objective is clear: to shape innovative, sustainable, and feasible startups by harnessing a variety of skill sets and global perspectives.
As teams begin to form, the needs expressed by Idea Holders reveal the wide range of expertise required to bring these projects to life:
Business Development & Finance: 42
Marketing, Communication & Social Media: 36
Tech Skills: 39
Graphic Design & Creativity: 30
Once again, Rome Business School reaffirms its role as a talent accelerator and international hub for entrepreneurship, fostering collaboration and turning ideas into action.
Throughout the event, participants present high-potential projects in key sectors such as sustainable finance, health, art, technology, social inclusion, food innovation, and blockchain. Each idea represents a step toward meaningful, forward-thinking entrepreneurship, rooted in real-world impact and global relevance.
Here are some of the standout ideas:
A Master in Sustainable Finance student, Nadia presents a digital platform powered by AI to help banks assess ESG risks in SME portfolios. The goal is to increase access to green financing in emerging markets through structured data and personalized recommendations.
An immersive festival blending music, light, and art to create multisensory experiences that promote well-being and self-awareness. With a background in wellness and hospitality, Allison is seeking marketing, legal, and tech partners to bring this vision to life.
A digital platform that allows users to book screenings and medical appointments at local pharmacies. Integrated with regional healthcare systems, the goal is to reduce wait times and improve access to basic services.
An incubator for artistic projects based on a proprietary creative development model. Combining art, AI, cultural consultancy, and residency programs, the project emphasizes ethics and fair pay in the creative industry.
A functional food startup that reinvents everyday sauces like ketchup and mayo into probiotic, gut-friendly versions, using natural fermentation and organic ingredients to support digestive health.
A decentralized funding model for artistic and cultural projects, leveraging crypto tools to empower creativity across Latin America and beyond. The project envisions a new, connected cultural economy.
An assistive technology device for the deaf and hard of hearing: a smart wristband that translates real-world sounds into vibrations and real-time text using AI. A powerful step toward inclusivity and safety.
A premium, ethical chocolate brand that connects the Ecuadorian Amazon with European craftsmanship. The mission is to honor ancestral cacao, empower local communities, and offer a conscious, high-quality chocolate experience.
RBS4Entrepreneurship is more than a program, it’s a space where students and alumni grow together, test real-world solutions, and bring impactful businesses to market.
The journey will continue with personalized mentoring, advanced entrepreneurial training, business plan development, and pitching opportunities with investors and incubators.
