Today, over 100 companies and approximately 1,000 students and alumni are gathering at Spazio Novecento, Rome, for the Rome Business School 2026 Career Fair, the largest job fair hosted by a business school in Italy. This event is a cornerstone of the RBS Career Center’s activities, designed to bridge the gap between students and the corporate world through direct contact.

The Career Fair reinforces its role as a premier networking platform, maintaining high corporate participation and further expanding the industries represented. Over 17 sectors are present, including consulting, banking & finance, fashion & luxury, digital services, consumer goods, energy and telecommunications, healthcare and pharma, infrastructure, hospitality, and media. Among the prominent firms attending are Amazon, Deloitte, IBM, Pfizer, Renault, Magnum, and Inditex, all eager to meet international young talents and developing professionals.

“This is the third year that Bulgari has attended the Rome Business School Career Fair, and we are delighted to be here to meet new talent. We are looking for ‘rough diamonds’ who can join a dynamic team. We need motivated, energetic young people who want to grow with us, regardless of their field of study, and who are ready to embark on a managerial career path,” explains Carola De Luca, Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts.

Throughout the day, students had the opportunity to meet recruiters face-to-face, apply for open positions, present their CVs, and conduct introductory interviews at company stands. The program also featured in-depth sessions with partner companies, such as the workshop “Leading Through Change: A Digital Journey in Supply Chain” by Ariston and the company presentation “Working at PwC: Meet the Team.” Additionally, a dedicated “Second Round Interview” area allowed companies to conduct advanced assessments of the most promising candidates.

Bridging the Gap: Academic Excellence meets the Industry

“We are delighted to host such a significant number of Italian and multinational companies, which testifies to the strength of our bond with the business world. The Career Fair allows our students to connect directly with companies, better understand labor market dynamics, and seize concrete professional opportunities,” says Marco Regoli, Head of Career Services at Rome Business School.

From the early morning, students explored corporate stands, engaged with HR professionals, and learned about recruitment processes. The Career Fair is part of a broader professional development journey provided throughout their studies. In 2025 alone, the Career Center published over 8,000 job offers, involving 195 companies in recruiting activities, workshops, and student meetups. Furthermore, candidates are prepared through individual career coaching, interview preparation workshops, CV reviews, and mock interviews.

Building Global Careers: Impact and results

The results of this model are immediate: 71.6% of students receive job offers within six months of completing their Master, with a total placement rate reaching 98%. The economic impact is equally significant, with an average salary increase of +38.14%, and 81.2% of students reporting a raise after graduation. Today, 72% of RBS graduates work for multinational corporations and 65.7% build their careers abroad, confirming the international scope of the school’s education.

In its commitment to fostering employability, Rome Business School collaborates with a network of over 1,000 partner companies, involved in academic and recruiting activities such as Business Practice Labs, Capstone Projects, and Company Presentations. In this context, the Career Fair stands as one of the most significant intersections of education and industry: a day where students, alumni, and companies can interact directly and strengthen the continuous dialogue between the university and the labor market.
