This is an important milestone in our progression towards creating value for our students.
The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria was established as the regulatory body for the practice of Human Resource Management in Nigeria. Through continuous innovations, the Institute strives to positively develop and continuously sustain professional excellence in the Human Resource Management profession by ensuring that the members possess the required managerial skill competence, which ensures that people with appropriate training and competence are selected to match the available jobs, thus placing their organizations in the right position to perform their functions effectively and always in a result-oriented manner.
This partnership is aimed at increasing the value that both institutions can offer to Rome Business School students who attend our Master in International Human Resources Management and MBA with Specialization in Human Resources Management. It is important to provide the students with a comprehensive learning experience, an opportunity for both academic and professional certification, and supporting the students’ international careers. This certification will also help Rome Business School students who intend to practice Human Resources Management in any of the leading Nigerian companies or organizations.
The partnership was formalized on the 21st of January, 2019 by Mr. Udom Inoyo, the President of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, and by Antonio Ragusa, the Founding President of Rome Business School.
