We are really excited to share the experience of Federico Liquori, a student of the Global Master in Human Resources Management at RBS who had the opportunity to participate in the exclusive Company Shadowing at Groupama. During the company shadowing day, the student had the opportunity to witness various activities carried out within the company.
Welcomed by Dr. Barbara Pepponi, head of the Non-Life area, Federico immediately got into the thick of the action, participating in a board meeting:
“I was able to breathe the atmosphere of total collaboration and confrontation among the members at the top of the organization. The analytical ability and clarity with which Pierre, the CEO, was analyzing problems showed me a way forward: working on communication.”
Next, Giuliano, Head of Non-Auto Insurance Products, and Manuela, Head of the After-Sales Group, explained in great detail the problems they have to find a solution to every day, but most importantly, they got to know each other as people, telling each other part of their story. “We got on immediately, and what you notice right after entering Groupama is the great attention paid to people and the relationships between them,” shared Federico’s words.
An experience, that of the Company Shadowing, which offers students not only the opportunity to personally visit a company, but also to better understand its daily operations, to see companies in action and the reality of a specific job position or work environment.
