    Osvaldo Adinolfi’s career has been shaped by iconic brands such as Honda Moto, Pringles, PlayStation, Nutella, MasterCard, AirBnB, Virgin Active, Algida, Puma, Microsoft, and Carlsberg

    He is a three-time International Sabre Award winner and a two-time Italian Assorel Award winner, recognized for his outstanding communication campaigns.

    Agnese Angelini Brand designer

    Agnese Angelini is a Creative Project Manager and Brand Designer with a vast professional experience specializing in sustainable and ethical business practices (over 30 years). She currently serves as a faculty member at Rome Business School, teaching courses on Ethics in Branding and Customer Experience, and at RUFA – Rome University of Fine Arts, where she leads Strategic Branding and Sustainable Fashion courses. Angelini holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Graphic Design from Enrico Cogno & Associa Design School and is pursuing a Degree in History of Art at the University of Napoli. Her teaching career spans more than a decade across multiple institutions including Florence Institute of Design and Polimoda. Angelini’s industry experience encompasses leadership roles in prestigious international brand agencies such as FutureBrand, Landor Associates, and Saatchi & Saatchi. She has contributed to high-profile brand identities for global clients like Juventus, Mazda, and Poste Italiane. Recognized with multiple International Design Awards, she holds advanced certifications in creativity coaching, strategic branding, and sustainable business practices from institutions including Cambridge University and Royal College of Art. Her work integrates academic rigor with applied expertise in ethical brand strategy and innovation.

    Carlo Pivanti Marketing Consultant

    Carlo Pivanti is a seasoned marketing executive and consultant with over 30 years of professional experience in the consumer goods industry. Mr. Pivanti holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Rome "La Sapienza". Mr. Pivanti held senior leadership roles in multinational corporations. He served as Chief Marketing Officer at the Pepsi-Lipton Joint Venture and held multiple Vice President roles in Brand Development at Unilever, overseeing marketing operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. His tenure at Unilever spanned more than two decades, where he led strategic brand initiatives in the ice cream and frozen food sectors. His industry expertise and academic involvement position him as a valuable resource in bridging theory with global marketing practice. He has over three years of teaching experience at Rome Business School where he teaches courses in global marketing strategy, brand development, and FMCG innovation.

    Pier Ludovico Bancale has a vast experience in management, entrepreneurship, and consulting across multiple industries. Later, he held leadership roles in various companies across different countries. Pier Ludovico founded BootB (Brands out of the Box), the world’s first marketplace for crowdsourced advertising campaigns.     Federico Coccia is a marketing strategist, entrepreneur, and lecturer with over 12 years of professional experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, and omnichannel communication. He is the Founder and Marketing Manager of Edit Studio, a multidisciplinary agency specializing in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, where he has led over 150 projects for international clients. He also lectures at IED – Istituto Europeo di Design and visiting lecturer at ESSEC Business School. Mr. Coccia holds a degree in Marketing and Communication from IED and is certified in Google Analytics and LinkedIn Marketing Strategy. His industry background includes leadership roles in fashion marketing with David Naman and Paul Taylor, and Web marketing consultancy with Seat Pagine Gialle SpA.

    Lorenzo Ermigiotti is a senior content strategist with over 25 years of professional experience in digital publishing, content marketing, and editorial management. He currently serves as a faculty member at Rome Business School, where he lectures on digital content strategy, content operations, and communication planning. Mr. Ermigiotti holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication from LUISS Business School and a Bachelor's in European Studies from the University of Essex. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles in major Italian digital media groups, including Triboo Media and Gruppo HTML, directing editorial strategy for publications such as Webnews, HTML.it, and Leonardo.it. He currently leads content operations at DOS Design and serves as a consultant through GLG, with additional experience supporting innovation ecosystems, including projects for INNOVIT San Francisco. His areas of expertise include brand communication, data-driven content optimization, SEO, and content monetization. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, Mr. Ermigiotti combines cross-sector industry insight with academic engagement, contributing to the development of best practices in digital media and omnichannel content strategy.

    Elisa Barbieri Brand Strategist | Communication consultant

    With over 18 years of professional experience in brand strategy and communication, Elisa Barbieri is a bilingual branding expert and educator currently serving as Professor of Digital Branding at Santa Reparata International School of Art in Florence. She also lectures at the Rome Business School and IED (Istituto Europeo di Design) in both Milan and Florence. She holds an Honours degree in International Communication from the University for Foreigners of Perugia and completed advanced studies at the Miami Ad School Europe in Hamburg, where she specialized in Account Planning. As Co-founder and Communication Consultant at eibranding.com, she has led projects for international clients including Baker Hughes (G\&E Oil and Gas), AXA, Cisco (Fluidmesh), and Expo 2015. Her prior industry experience includes strategic roles at GHMC London, Euro RSCG Milan, and Atletico International in Barcelona. She brings a global perspective and creative acumen to both academic and professional settings.

    There are no special requirements to apply for the Master. This course is taught entirely in English, so you must have the appropriate language skills to participate.
