Elisa brings over 15 years of international experience within global learning and development sectors. Formerly a key L&D specialist at FAO, UNHCR, and Tribridge, she currently serves as Head of Organizational Learning at the World Food Programme (WFP). An expert in global learning strategy, instructional design, and VR training solutions, she holds a degree in Economics from the Università degli Studi di Genova.

Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Legal at JLL Canada, Paul oversees all legal, compliance, and risk matters for the firm, advising on real estate, leasing, hotels, and corporate law. He has also held senior legal roles in notable organizations such as twofour54 and Dubai Holding. Paul holds an LLB from Queen’s University and is a certified Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D). He has published and spoken on anti-corruption, sustainability, and corporate governance at the UN and other prestigious forums.
