Once you submit your documents, the RBS Career Center will do an initial screening of the profiles and the best ones will be sent to the jury who will evaluate the profiles and declare the winner on May 9.
The Personal Branding Challange is your chance to hear feedback directly from leading international companies and improve your personal branding!
“When I evaluate CV, I check if it is complete and well organized; For me the 3 adjectives for an effective CV are: clear, concise but exhaustive” says Alessio Campi, People Manager at HAYS
“Personally, what I look for in a LinkedIn page is a clear path where is easy to understand the current job and/or the current studies and where is chronologically possible to understand the past experiences. Using the right words is strategic in order to draw recruiter’s attention. Also abroad experiences and language knowledge are both important to make the profile more interesting.” states Michela Merlino, EMEA Talent Advisor at Oracle
Finally Elsa Tafesse, Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Coca-Cola HBC Italia shares “What I think should be included in a cover letter is a brief of real personal interests and activities, besides studies or work experience in order to give the stakeholder an idea about the candidate’s values.”
There is time until April 17 to participate in the challenge, so be sure to contact the RBS Career Center for more information and don’t miss the deadline!
