“Rome Business School was an exceptional experience”, says Giuseppe Scordamaglia of the Executive Master in Human Resources Management , from the podium to the Graduation Ceremony “ a year during which we grew and understood the importance of the collective compared to the individual . It is not simply a place to obtain a master’s degree, but a real hub where we come into contact with new realities, acquire new mental approaches and above all we refine our skills to put them at the service of the world. The objective of RBS is in fact to train responsible leaders, ready to excel, generating a strong positive impact in the world. With students from 142 different nations, 101 international managers on the Corporate Advisory Board, 274 partnerships with universities in 63 countries, and a faculty made up of 36% international professionals, RBS is a multicultural space that enriches both the professional and personal experience of its students students, and opens them up to the world: today 38.7% of students have an international career.

Careers as managers and employees, but also as entrepreneurs. To date, 31.8% of students choose the path of entrepreneurship (of which 65% are women), participating in the RBS4Entrepreunership program which, since its inception in 2021, has already incubated and launched 24 startup projects. Among these, “My heated gloves” stands out, created by Dorottya Medgyes , student of the International Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, winner of the 2023 RBS4Entrepreneurship Award at the Graduation Ceremony. Dorottya was inspired by her own condition to create a line of gloves for those who suffer from chronic cold hands, combining the latest warming technologies with a modern and elegant design.

Giovanni Ravasio , godfather of the ceremony, explained to the students how important it is to be future innovative and responsible leaders ” Innovation today is within reach, we at Oracle know this well and we will build it every day, at your side, with the our cloud and our generative artificial intelligence, dedicated to simplifying business processes and decisions. But technology without the responsibility of knowing how to use it can be a double-edged sword: even before philanthropy, before the so-called corporate social responsibility or CSR, there is business ethics – that is, the ability to do business responsibly: this applies towards its employees, first of all – taking care of their well-being – and towards all other stakeholders – customers, suppliers, partners, and the social and economic ecosystem in which we act ”.

At the end of the event Antonio Ragusa, Dean of RBS, stated: The world doesn’t just need managers; it needs visionaries, leaders who can see beyond profit margins, who understand the interconnectedness of societies, economies and our environment . The world needs you,” reminding graduates that “The world around us is evolving at an unprecedented pace, with technologies such as artificial intelligence reshaping industries, economies and societies. Embrace these changes, stay curious and never stop learning.”
