Bio: I started my career as a Consultant at IBM (Italy) and worked in several industries such as Finance, Energy, Defense and Intergovernmental Organizations. I founded my own Human Resources Consulting Service provider in the Middle East. Several years ago, I moved to Washington D.C. where I graduated from the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching program. In the last 15 years’, I have been intensely committed to my personal and professional development and using my extensive experience to serve my clients the best. I have lived and worked in 8 countries in Europe, Africa, Middle East, and North Amerika.
When did you find out you that you wanted to be a teacher? I just tried it! What teaching strategies or techniques do you usually use? Putting myself into the students, what learning helps them most to grow?
What are the 3 fundamental competences that a worker needs to have in order to succeed in his/her future career? Resilience, Complex Problem Solving and EQ
According to you, what are the 3 main characteristics that a successful manager should have? Each manager needs to be a leader needs a vision, compassion and effective communication.
Do you have a mentor? If yes, who? If yes, who? Everybody should need to have mentor!
The most important lesson that you learned during your career path. Believe in what you are doing. And if you cannot take any decision: listen to your gut.
How would you have your students find out their talent? Observe yourself, what you are doing with passion and ask for feedback.
How do you motivate yourself to take action? “No- this is not possible” is one of my biggest motivators in order to achieve something (because easy things often are boring)
What would you like to change about yourself? Learn how to take it easier to move to another country. I moved already 27 times and still I am struggling with a move.
What are you doing to change the world? I try to take the best out of everyone and every situation.

The craziest thing you have ever done…In times where there was no mobile phone/ email. I took an airplane to New Zealand and spent on my own almost 10 days in the rainforest.
The happiest day of your life…I try to live based on Mark Twain’s motto: “Give every day the chance to become the most beautiful in your life.”
What makes you feel angry? People that do not trash their trash into the garbage can.
What embarrasses you? When somebody calls me out to give an opinion when I’m not paying attention in a meeting.
Define Happiness! The feeling I have when I am in my garden in my hammock reading a great book and the kids do not disturb me at least for 30 minutes.
