In this phase students are given tools to define both strategies and objectives: who they are and what they want professionally, as a starting point from which to approach the market. They will be guided form highly skilled professionals to build their online presence to allow employers and recruiters to easily find them when searching for talents, online or on social media. The ENGAGE Phase is composed of different activities such as: Individual Career Counselling meeting, where the students can directly speak with our Career Services counselors to discuss about the aspects of their career development process, identifying an academic area of interest to engage in the job searching process. During the One to One meeting our experts from the Career Services department, will carefully listen to the students talking about their interests, skills, values and personality in order to identify together which path better suits their needs and expectations in terms of professional role reflecting their aspiration for the future.

Students and Alumni have also access to the Rome Business School career portal, where to find news and work related career activities held during their Master path. The platform helps improve job matching and posts new placement opportunities in Italy and abroad every week. The Career Portal allows enrolled students to set up job alerts, read relevant news, and update their personal profile with lots of information accessible to recruiting companies.
