    Co-Founder of EIS and Founder of Workpleis. Education: -Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy - University of Milan. -Master's Degree in Strategy and Planning of Sports Events Organizations - MasterSport.

    Enrico, a graduate in Philosophy, turned towards the Sports Industry after attending the MasterSport program in San Marino/Rimini. He worked as Communication Manager at SGplus, one of the leading firms in the sports marketing sector, for 10 years, with a significant portion of that time spent as a partner in the company. He founded and managed the talent department of the Italian unit of the MP Management Group – now Select Model – focusing on enhancing the image of actors, top athletes, and TV personalities.

    In 2017, he founded EIS, a sports management agency, where he manages the image rights of professional athletes with an innovative approach that evolves the role of a champion. He also became a partner in a second agency, Sport Digital House, through which he launched the Italian Esports Observatory in 2020, the first B2B networking and training platform for the Italian Esports industry. He is also the Founder of Workpleis, the first digital community that brings together managers, professionals, and champions to discuss the contribution that sports can bring to companies. Today, he is one of the leading professionals capable of offering a comprehensive communication and marketing package that spans from physical sports to virtual ones.​

    Francesco Vena
    Francesco Vena Member of the Board of Directors of Museimpresa Italian Association of Business Archives and Museums

    He represents the fourth generation of family management of a 128-year-old brand. A lawyer, he is CEO of Lucano 1894 and vice president of the Associazione Marchi Storici d'Italia. Since May 2022 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Museimpresa, the Italian Association of Business Archives and Museums, of which Amaro Lucano is a member. He recently received a special mention from the Gruppo Giovani Industriali di Confindustria, in collaboration with the Luiss Business School, as part of the "A Family Affair" competition, for successfully combining innovation and tradition.

    Luca Pennacchi Head of the Soccer Division Reset Group

    A Football Agent. He has been passionate about the World of Sports since he was a child, and divides his passion between tennis and university studies, earning a degree in Legal Science from the University of Law of Roma Tre and simultaneously the title of National Tennis Master. His passion for soccer and the management environment led him to obtain the qualification for the Register of Sports Agents of the FIGC at the age of 23 and for the past 16 years he has been working with Reset Group Srl, a leading company on the European scene in the sourcing, growth and management of the best Italian and international soccer talents. From 2021 he became Head of the Soccer Division of Reset Group, coordinating a staff of 13 people divided between Agents, Lawyers and Scouts. In 2019 and 2020, he holds the position of sports law lecturer at two Masters in Soccer Management preparatory to passing the CONI Sports Agent exam.

    He has been a journalist and Honorary Life President of the FCI (Italian Cricket Federation) for 30 years. He started freelancing in 1992, rotating between television, radio, print and online press. She currently works with Corporate Social Responsibility, whose goals include putting CSR at the heart of banking.     The Flexon Learning Methodology

    Adhering to the highest standards of teaching methodology provided by EFMD, the Master is taught through interactive lectures, case study analyses, exercises, discussions, teamwork exercises, video conferences, business analysis and sessions of student presentations. Students are encouraged to read and engage in discussions and debates. The teaching methodology is based on learning by doing, with lecturers implementing a student-centered approach, getting students involved and providing activities that allow students to apply the knowledge acquired. The Online Methodology consists of live, interactive lectures, led and facilitated by professors. The programs are self-paced, as students take pre-master courses at their own speed and using self-assessment exercises. This practical, applicable methodology consists of synchronous and asynchronous activities.

    Students are free to learn at their own pace and define personal learning paths based on their individual needs and interests, as well as the content provided, taking into account the deadlines for learning, evaluation and assessments. The self-paced methodology is applied on the pre-master courses, which are based on pre-recorded interactive sessions led by the lecturer professor, with a PPT presentation, exercises and self-assessment for each course. Students study the material at their own pace and do a self-assessment exercise to track their progress.

    The online learning methodology is fully professor-led and facilitated live in real time. Every lecture is created and delivered by a lecturer using our online platform Blackboard. The communication tools used by the lecturers include discussion forums, chats, emails, breakout sessions, whiteboards, and audio and video sharing to communicate and work together. As a final step, sessions usually include an exercise or assessment to measure the learning.

    The online methodology in every class is live and interactive. Teaching methods and techniques are used creatively to develop an engaging and motivating learning experience. There is frequent interaction with the student interaction to foster and maintain engagement and promote learning.

    The online learning methodology is practical, with all the class activities and online learning methods, e-content and materials used also being put into practice in the different assessments (self-assessments, tests and practical assignments), capstone project and class activities.

    The online methodology is structured as a combination of synchronous or real-time activities (such as online platform chats, breakout rooms/sessions, virtual pooling, virtual whiteboard, etc.) and asynchronous or on-demand activities, which students can do whenever suits them best in terms of their preferences and other commitments (such as emails, discussion forum platforms, online platform meetings, recorded lectures via links, virtual coffee and conversation sessions, etc.).
