During the first module of the International Master in Sports and Lifestyle Management, students will learn how to:
- Develop effective managerial strategies for Sport Industry Companies such as Sports Media, Sports Club, Sports Association, Sports Event Production, Fitness and Leisure Gyms, SPA and Sports Hotel;
- Develop a Business Plan for your own business;
- Apply wellness and lifestyle management techniques and wellness coaching;
- Understand and apply planning, financial management, and management control principles to the sports Industry;
During the second module of the International Master in Sports and Lifestyle Management, students will learn how to:
- Utilize and learn the most advanced branding, digital communication and advertising techniques and marketing tools to promote Sports Complexes, Sports Teams, Sports Events and Sports touristic destinations;
- Learn to set the right prices and implement sales techniques to sale different sports and lifestyle offerings;
- Learn how to do sport business management
- Be able to do Wellness Coaching and Lifestyle Management; Organize, learn and manage sports and lifestyle events, media and sponsors;
- Learn and know how to utilize brand-monitoring tools suited to continuously work on the constant improvement of sports, lifestyle brand’s storytelling and reputation.
During the third module of the International Master in Sports and Lifestyle Management, students will learn how to:
- Be able to effectively operate and perform in the global sports and lifestyle industry by embracing new trends, new technologies & innovative practices;
- Learn how to do sports analytics and develop data drive approach to business, to be able to make decisions based on solid statistical reference and data;
- Build Sustainable Sports and Lifestyle Businesses;
- Become an innovative, ethical and responsible Leader in this industry and in line with the new sports tech and trends like e-sport;
- Being able to make informed ethical judgments about existing norms and rules, legal regulations in the sports industry.

Rome Business School Practice Lab is the place where theoretical concepts are put in practice and participants learn through experience. The Lab is run by Puma SE managers who will examine different specialist knowledge, work on exercises and network, while sharing their experience and expertise with the students. This Lab is entirely run by Puma SE managers with whom you will create strategy to guide customers through the customer’s journey of Puma SE.
At the end of your educational experience, you will have the chance to prove your abilities by tackling a real business challenge. Use your talent to identify opportunities and create a truly innovative strategy.
Tackle a real company challenge. You can choose to be part of a small team and design a Marketing plan for a new business or develop a strategy to increase online sales or create a loyalty offering for different generation.
You will be given two case studies from two real companies that will allow you to test your knowledge learnt during the master’s course.
