The Rome Business School Practice Lab is where theoretical concepts are put into practice and participants learn through experience. The Lab is run by TIM managers who examine specialist knowledge, work on exercises and network with students while sharing their experience and expertise. This Lab is entirely run by TIM managers, with whom you will create strategy to guide customers through the TIM customer journey.
At the end of your educational experience, you will have the chance to prove your abilities by tackling a real business challenge, using your talent to identify opportunities and create an innovative strategy.
Tackle a real company challenge by choosing to work in a small team and design a marketing plan for a new business, develop a strategy to increase online sales, or create a loyalty offering for different generations.
You will be given two case studies from real companies that will allow you to test your knowledge acquired during the Master’s course.
The Leadership Program is a practice-based program consisting of five interactive courses, which include a self-assessment test, role-plays and quizzes:
