Getting an MBA can enhance your marketability as a professional and increase the quality and quantity of job opportunities. This means it’s a great path for those who wish to go for a career change, start a company or catch new business opportunities. Getting an MBA means gaining management knowledge including all the main concept in Business Administration.
The Rome Business School MBA aims to provide practical training in business with the following key objectives:
The students learning journey is based on the principles of a learner-centered approach and action learning methodology, and is guided by ethical and socially responsible values. The Rome Business School International MBA is taught through interactive lectures, Business Cases study analysis, in-class exercises, discussions, role-plays, teamwork exercises, video discussions, and business analysis and student presentations. Students will be encouraged to read widely and engage in discussion and debate. The MBA methodology is based on action learning in order to engage students and provide activities where students could immediately apply the acquired knowledge.
At Rome Business School, all subjects have a practical approach, taught by professors who are top-managers or leading-professionals in their own fields and they bring their state-of-the-art expertise to the class. In order to enhance the practical approach, there are also the Practice Labs where, in two days of work, MBAs are immersed in a business challenge by a Company and they need to provide practical solutions/proposals to improve or solve the challenges. IBM, Porsche, Essity are examples of Companies which shared challenges and happily accepted & implemented the proposed solutions at the end of the Practice Labs.
Beside, during the last 3 months of the MBA, there is the final Capstone Project which is “a bridge” between the business school and the Corporations. It is a teamwork-based project with the goal of developing a Business Plan for a Company (or one Division) or for a Start-up, or a Management Report on the analysis & proposal of a Company business challenge. With this Capstone Project the students are able to:
Corporations open the doors to the MBA teams, and we have worked with Companies such as Canon, Philip Morris, IWR, Carrefour, etc.
Including the additional Virtual Coffees organized with CEOs from different Companies, there are surely many “touch-points” with Corporations in order to build relations with top-executives for future professional careers.
