QS World University Rankings: Rome Business School's Executive MBA in top 3 in Italy

QS World University Rankings, one of the most prestigious rankings worldwide, has reconfirmed Rome Business School’s Executive MBA among the top 3 in Italy alongside Polimi School of Management, Bologna Business School, and as the number one program in Rome. It is also ranked 61st in Europe and within the 171-180 bracket globally, 37th worldwide for Class Diversity, and 49th in Europe for Career Outcomes.

This recognition strengthens Rome Business School’s position among the top Italian business schools, highlighting in particular the value of its educational offering, the high quality standards of its programs, the international makeup of its classes, and the strong impact on students’ career development.

QS World University Rankings evaluated 205 Executive MBA programs worldwide. With 21 years of experience in higher education rankings, QS is distinguished by its rigorous methodology based on five key indicators: Diversity, Career Outcomes, Executive Profile, Employer Reputation, and Academic Reputation.

Compared to last year, QS highlights a significant improvement for Rome Business School’s EMBA in the Career Outcomes indicator, where the program enters the top 50 in Europe and rises 26 positions globally: 76% of students reported a salary increase, with an average growth of 45%, and 89% assumed roles with greater responsibility during the course of the program.
Practical orientation activities such as the Business Practice Lab and Capstone Project with managers from companies like KPMG, IBM, and Oracle, along with individual coaching, are among the main drivers of professional growth.

The Executive Profile indicator, which assesses the class composition in terms of professional experience and managerial responsibility, showed a marked improvement, with an advancement of 25 positions globally and a placement at 56th in Europe.
The class stands out not only for the level of managerial experience of its participants but also for the diversity of their professional backgrounds: 35% come from economic sectors, 29% from legal fields, 16% from engineering, and 10% from marketing. This diversity reflects the multidisciplinary approach of the program.

Finally, the program ranks 67th in Europe for Thought Leadership, an indicator that measures international academic reputation based on nominations from academics around the world regarding the quality of research and institutional reputation in the management field.

Thus, Rome Business School secures its third international recognition in 2025, following awards from HE Higher Education Ranking and CEO Magazine, adding to the numerous successes achieved over the past year, including QS Stars, THE World University Rankings, THE Interdisciplinary Science Rankings, Eduniversal Best Masters Ranking, and the Positive Impact Rating.
