Rome Business School students meet IBM and Maisons du Monde

Meeting Maisons du Monde

Rome Business School students had the opportunity to meet Maisons du Monde, and learn about this European leader in the furniture and decoration industry from Sara Calvi, recruitment manager.

Through the words of the guest speaker, students got an in-depth insight into the values at the core of the brand namely optimism, creativity, commitment and proximity supported by a high-performance omnichannel model, without forgetting its sustainability commitment, “Good is Beautiful” which anchors sustainable development in their strategy and which will be explained to students.

A unique opportunity also thanks to the part of the meeting dedicated to recruitment and career opportunities. In fact, the internal recruitment process was described to our students, different internship possibilities were presented, and tips on how to apply for job positions were offered.

Virtual Coffee with IBM Vice-President

During the past week more students got the opportunity to participate in the second virtual coffee with IBM.

This time it was the MBA students who had the opportunity to inquire about career interests and roadblocks, learn the keys to success, but most importantly access the personal experience and knowledge of Nico Losito, Vice President IBM Technology Italy. The meeting in an online format allowed participants to join the conversation and actively participate from anywhere in real time.
