The Executive International Days 2023 at the Rome Business School Campus

Rome, Italy – The Rome Business School (RBS) hosted its annual Executive International Days from 1-3 March 2023 in Rome, Italy. Our esteemed international partners and distinguished guests shared a fruitful and engaging exchange of ideas, knowledge, and experiences. The event hosted by the RBS Dean Antonio Ragusa with the support of the International team Eleonora Mantovani, Federica Verrieri and Gerlie Saura who moderated the 3 day-event to ensure productive, insightful meetings that enable partners to share new insights, new connections, and a renewed commitment to advancing the global higher education landscape. The presence of our General Manager Maria Angeles Martos Molina and our Academic Director Massimo Scarcello made a meaningful contribution to the meetings.

The RBS Management team featured insightful presentations about our mission, vision, and commitment to creating a Better Manager for a Better World, plenary sessions on Academic Methodology & Accreditations & Research, RBS Career Centre & Entrepreneurship, and shared best practices in leveraging Partnership in International Mobility programs such as Bootcamps, Study Tours, and Students Exchange opportunities.

We held various thought-provoking panel discussions on New Technologies & Innovation in higher education with distinguished guest’s speaker from Microsoft Business Transformation Leader Simone Bellanova who talked about Transforming Education with Data Analytics & AI, and Softcare Studios CEO Valentino Megale presented the convergence of technologies. We have discussed how universities and business schools can adapt to the rapid pace of technological changes and ensure that their curricula and programs remain relevant and up-to-date. We have learnt the benefits and challenges associated with implementing new technologies like AI, Virtual Reality, and ChatGPT in education and how we can overcome them.

A dedicated panel discussion held to understand what ways have made-in-Italy brands contributed to the reputation and prestige of higher education programs in Italy and abroad. Our Program Director Michaela Bonafoni, shared the beautiful storytelling of Italian Fashion and Luxury such as Versace, Fendi, Valentino, Gucci, Prada, and Bulgari made history while Program Director Camilla Carrega Bertolini, shared how Italian Tourism & Hospitality guaranteed a winning combination, in conclusion, Program Director Giuliana Baldo Chiaron, highlighted the impact of made-in-Italy businesses and reflect on the data and statistics published by Kantar and Bloomberg. 

Finally, how international relations and partnerships can help boost international networks in higher education. The panel discussion was engaging and presented by Program Director Antonio Scialletti and by Director of Divulgative Research Centre Valerio Mancini, both provided valuable insights and the best examples in the industry.

The event was well-received by all attendees, who also enjoyed cultural activities in the Vatican museum as part of the event.

RBS Executive International Days provided an excellent opportunity for the participants to network, share knowledge, forged friendships, and explore potential partnerships with other organizations from around the world.
