Alumni Testimonials
Maddalena Pellegrini – International MBA
For Maddalena, the International MBA was a true return to the classroom, filled with emotion and inspiration.
“The first day reminded me of my very first day at school. There was excitement, energy, and a strong desire to step up and get involved.”
She credits much of this to the inclusive approach of Program Director Antonio Scialletti, who created a collaborative and stimulating environment where every student felt valued.
“I learned so much from younger colleagues. Even those at the beginning of their journey had a lot to offer.”
Pushing herself beyond her comfort zone and diving into complex subjects allowed her to enrich her skill set and engage confidently with senior roles, facing challenges with greater maturity and awareness.
Her advice?
“Network. Learn from one another. That’s what makes you a better manager.”
Prem Vanrompay – Master in Human Resources Management
The most formative moment for Prem was the Capstone Project, which gave him the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds, strengthening his intercultural leadership skills.
“Rome Business School is truly an international environment. Engaging with others always brings value.”
A key figure for him was Professor Natasha Valentine, with whom he shared a deep interest in topics such as diversity and inclusion.
Prem’s advice for students?
“Be open. Listen. Everyone has something to teach you.”
Giulia Calenda – Master in Project Management
Giulia rediscovered the more human and relational side of project management.
“It’s not just about planning tasks. It’s about leading people.”
During her Capstone Project, she realized just how essential soft skills are for building cohesive teams and achieving common goals.
At Rome Business School, she learned that true leadership is rooted in empathy, active listening, and the ability to build lasting relationships—values she applies daily in her work.
Giammarco Colasante – International MBA
For Giammarco, the most valuable aspect of the MBA was direct access to seasoned managers and high-level professionals. These interactions helped him develop two key skills: emotional intelligence and active listening.
“Sometimes, to be a good leader, you just need to stop, breathe, and reflect before taking action.”
A lesson that perfectly reflects the Rome Business School’s message: leading isn’t just about making decisions—it’s about understanding.
A Community that Inspires and Grows
Being an Alumni of Rome Business School means being part of an international community that continues to grow, evolve, and generate value. That’s why we invite all Alumni to stay actively involved: by joining upcoming events, sharing their experiences with new students, and helping build a strong, dynamic, and inspiring network.
