Salvatore Cosenza is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in digital media, marketing, and gastronomic communication. He serves as a lecturer in Food Content Marketing and Storytelling for the Master in Food & Beverage Management at Rome Business School, where he has taught since 2018. Mr. Cosenza holds a degree in Communication Studies from the Università degli Studi di Salerno and two master’s degrees from Sapienza Università di Roma in Digital TV Content Design and Music Marketing. His industry background includes roles as Community Manager for Yelp Rome, Marketing Manager for Cronache di Birra, and Food Writer for Agrodolce.it and FOOD&WINE Italia. He is co-founder of Zesty – Craft Strategies, a collective focused on communication in the food, craft beer, and specialty coffee sectors. Currently teaching at Rome Business School, European School of Economics, and CET Academic Programs, he specializes in Food & Beverage Management and Sustainable Tourism. As founder of multiple Florentine restaurants (1994-2010) and PR Coordinator for Florence University of the Arts (2010-2021), Coppetti bridges practical hospitality operations with academic instruction. He is currently the CEO of Wylab and Program Director of the WeSportUp accelerator, as well as a lecturer at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore within the Master's program in Sports Communication.
