Camilla is a graduate in Viticulture and Enology from the University of Florence, with experience as an Enology Instructor and Department Chair at the Apicius International School of Hospitality in Florence. She has also served as the Academic Coordinator for Gastronomic Studies.

She has traveled to the United States multiple times to promote the Italian lifestyle through food and wine, collaborating with the James Beard Foundation in New York. Additionally, she was the Academic Programs Coordinator at Gambero Rosso in Rome, a leading multimedia company in Italy specializing in food, wine, and the Italian lifestyle.

Camilla is also involved as a Mentor for Startupbootcamp FoodTech, a startup accelerator in the food sector. She provides guidance and mentoring on gastronomic management, business models, and international training.

Currently, Camilla is the Property Owner and Chief Operating Officer at Volognano and a freelance consultant in branding and communication strategies for companies in the Food and Beverage sector. Her experience and expertise in the industry make her a prominent figure in the food and wine industry.

Former Member of the Board of Directors at Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria, he is currently Senior Partner at MODE Consulting Srl, a consulting company specialized in transport and tourism industries. Senior professional with 30 years of professional experience. Has worked in large organizations (Deloitte, Trenitalia Italian railways) and small start-up businesses. Skilled in strategic planning, service marketing, organizational design and capacity building with direct experience in hospitality, tourism, travel, railway operations, asset management, corporate governance. Lecturer at different educational institutions. Geographical areas of work experience: Italy and West Europe, Africa, Asia.

Filippo Galanti Divinea - Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer

Co-Founder & Business Development at Divinea. Divinea is a marketplace for wine tourism, making wineries and wine experiences more accessible to everyone. Among his experiences, he worked as a business innovation & development manager at E-Novia, (a unique institution in the Italian industrial landscape, an ‘Enterprise Factory’ which assists and optimises the transformation of research into products, researchers into entrepreneurs and start-ups into companies).  He also was Business Development Manager at YAPE (Your Autonomous Pony Express), is an e-Novia Portfolio Company that has given birth to the first self-driving, electric and ultra-light urban delivery vehicle entirely designed and built in Italy.

Former Partnership Manager at Expedia Group. Many years of experience gained in the field of tourism and sport events. After many years' experiences in luxury hotels, such as Forte Village, he oversaw the project 'incoming' for the Internazionali BNL d’Italia, the most important tennis tournament in Italy. He’s currently Business Developer at Pezzilli & Company, and runs his own business in the agri- food sector.

The candidate’s academic history, previous experiences in the topics covered in the Master and motivation will be matters of the evaluation. Once it’s sent, the application will be evaluated by the Rome Business School’s academic committee.
