Graduated, with honors, in Electronic Engineering by the University La Sapienza of Rome.​

After working for some years in the technical area (ERICSSON – 1993/1995), he addressed his professional development in management area attending a Master’s in Business Administration at the SDA Bocconi University – Milan. He has then gained more than 25 years of experience in the Purchasing and Supplier Management area, both as a consultant and in managerial positions. From 1995 to 2001, he worked on projects of change managements, processes redesign and cost reduction in Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), then in Solving International, and finally in WIND telecommunications. From 2002 to 2014 Paolo worked for BravoSolution, now Jaggaer (software tools for Purchasing and Supplier Management activities delivered in Cloud / SaaS and consulting services on Purchasing) beginning with the start-up and then having a decisive role on the business development in Italy both in industrial sectors (Finmeccanica Group, SKY, ARISTON, etc. .) and in regulated sectors (Rome Airports, Italian Railways, ANAS, etc.).

From 2014 he started his own business with the aim of supporting companies determined to achieve important improvements in their Purchasing, Supplier and Supply Chain Management. Main areas: 1) Strategic approach to Purchasing through Category Management 2) Cost Reduction actions leveraging on Purchasing 3) Implementation of tools to support Supplier and Supply Chain Management processes. He is working as much for big customers (Ferrari, Magneti Marelli, McDonald’s Italy, Riello, etc.) as for medium and small-medium sized companies (Pasta ZARA, Cantina La-Vis Group, Favini, Angelantoni, Viticoltori Ponte, etc.).

Miquel is an Advisor and Coach at Solutions & Decisions, advisory services company focused on leading since 2009, improvements in the three key axes of the Supply Chain: Organization, Processes and Tools. Working with family-owned and multinational companies in FMCG, Retail, Industrial, Pharmaceuticals, Distributors, 3PL, e-commerce and Technology, mainly.  Manager/Executive at Grupo BIMBO-Sara Lee Bakery Europe until 2009. During this period, he was a member of the Management Committee, with responsibility for Supply Chain, Purchasing and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) for Spain and Portugal. Paolo Rangoni has over 25 years of experience in supply chain process optimization in the consumer goods, retail, and logistics services sectors. He is also an expert: in network and warehouse design, logistics, real estate sustainability; project and program management; and assisting local and multinational operators in European markets. He currently serves as Energy Resource and Efficiency Manager at Poste Italiane, while previously working as Supply Chain Director at Carrefour. As for his educational background, Paolo Rangoni is a graduate of Bocconi and IMD Business School in Retail Management.

The lecturer interacts with Supply Chain Managers, Procurement Officers, Finance Directors, showing them how and why to use innovative technologies such as Blockchain, Digital Manufacturing, B2B marketplaces and platforms for Working Capital optimization. Enrico Camerinelli is a subject matter expert and a member of the team that facilitates domestic and international trade transactions through the development of the international supply chain reference model for the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe. He is also the author of "Measuring the Value of the Supply Chain," a book on the link between financial results and supply chain performance. As far as Rome Business School is concerned, he teaches the course ''Digitalisation & Supply Chain 4.0''

Andrea Ausili works as Data & Innovation Manager at GS1 Italy fall under his areas of expertise: Standards and applications for supply chain efficiency, data quality, application design and web architecture, programming knowledge, project management, and data analysis. The lecturer has a technical background with several significant experiences in web application development, database design and management, e-commerce site management, data analysis, SEO knowledge, and particularly in the retail industry. In the last ten years he has been dedicated to the promotion and dissemination of the GS1 global standards, of which the bar code is the best known, to Italian companies for efficiency in supply chain processes and in the relationship between companies and consumers. Andrea Ausili's courses focus on international standards for seamless global supply chain integration and how to model business requirements (Business Canvas).

The Flexon Learning Methodology

Adhering to the highest standards of teaching methodology provided by EFMD, the Master is taught through interactive lectures, case study analyses, exercises, discussions, teamwork exercises, video conferences, business analysis and sessions of student presentations. Students are encouraged to read and engage in discussions and debates. The teaching methodology is based on learning by doing, with lecturers implementing a student-centered approach, getting students involved and providing activities that allow students to apply the knowledge acquired. The Online Methodology consists of live, interactive lectures, led and facilitated by professors. The programs are self-paced, as students take pre-master courses at their own speed and using self-assessment exercises. This practical, applicable methodology consists of synchronous and asynchronous activities.

Students are free to learn at their own pace and define personal learning paths based on their individual needs and interests, as well as the content provided, taking into account the deadlines for learning, evaluation and assessments. The self-paced methodology is applied on the pre-master courses, which are based on pre-recorded interactive sessions led by the lecturer professor, with a PPT presentation, exercises and self-assessment for each course. Students study the material at their own pace and do a self-assessment exercise to track their progress.

The online learning methodology is fully professor-led and facilitated live in real time. Every lecture is created and delivered by a lecturer using our online platform Blackboard. The communication tools used by the lecturers include discussion forums, chats, emails, breakout sessions, whiteboards, and audio and video sharing to communicate and work together. As a final step, sessions usually include an exercise or assessment to measure the learning.

The online methodology in every class is live and interactive. Teaching methods and techniques are used creatively to develop an engaging and motivating learning experience. There is frequent interaction with the student interaction to foster and maintain engagement and promote learning.

The online learning methodology is practical, with all the class activities and online learning methods, e-content and materials used also being put into practice in the different assessments (self-assessments, tests and practical assignments), capstone project and class activities.

The online methodology is structured as a combination of synchronous or real-time activities (such as online platform chats, breakout rooms/sessions, virtual pooling, virtual whiteboard, etc.) and asynchronous or on-demand activities, which students can do whenever suits them best in terms of their preferences and other commitments (such as emails, discussion forum platforms, online platform meetings, recorded lectures via links, virtual coffee and conversation sessions, etc.).
