    Bernardo Nicoletti is an executive and academic with over 40 years of international experience in engineering, digital transformation, and strategic consulting. He has held senior executive roles at GE Oil & Gas, GE Consumer Finance, and AIG, and has extensive academic experience in operations, procurement, and supply chain management. He holds an engineering degree from Politecnico di Torino and a master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University as a Fulbright Scholar, as well as an MBA scholarship from the Chicago School of Economics.

    Grazia Torrente is a lawyer specializing in civil and international law and also Lecturer in Transportation and Logistics Law at Milan State University in the Fashion Law Master's Program and Catholic University in the SCHMIDT Master's Program on New Technologies. She has a Master's Degree for Corporate Lawyers from Bocconi University - 1999, Master's Degree in International Commercial Arbitration from Queen Mary University - 2007. He also works as a Senior Associate at Eversheds Bianchini. He has been the owner of Torrente Vignone Studio Legale Internazionale for 11 years. His areas of specialization are logistics, domestic and international road transport, product labeling, merger filings with the Competition and Market Authority, financial services, and hotels and accommodations. The Master's program teaches the module: Legislation related to Supply Chain and International Markets.

    Over 26 years of experience as an Export Manager, Entrepreneur, and Project & Operations Manager, with a focus on enterprise software applications and professional services. Passionate about Project Management, particularly in the Information Technology sector, he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). In 2005, he co-founded Comtaste S.r.l., an IT consulting firm where he still serves as CEO, primarily overseeing strategic projects for the company and directly managing key clients, including several multinationals such as Adobe, Google, and HP. In 2019, he founded TS Mood S.r.l., an innovative startup operating in the online booking sector for tourism. He is also the Program Director of the Master in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Rome Business School.

The lecturer interacts with Supply Chain Managers, Procurement Officers, Finance Directors, showing them how and why to use innovative technologies such as Blockchain, Digital Manufacturing, B2B marketplaces and platforms for Working Capital optimization. Enrico Camerinelli is a subject matter expert and a member of the team that facilitates domestic and international trade transactions through the development of the international supply chain reference model for the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe. He is also the author of "Measuring the Value of the Supply Chain," a book on the link between financial results and supply chain performance. As far as Rome Business School is concerned, he teaches the course ''Digitalisation & Supply Chain 4.0''

    Alessandro Iacoponi is an expert in sustainability and innovation with over 30 years of experience in the engineering, automotive, and industrial sectors. He currently serves as Sustainability Manager and shareholder at Ivy House in Milan, where he leads corporate sustainability reporting initiatives in compliance with the European CSRD directive, ESRS standards, and GRI frameworks. Iacoponi holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Pisa. He is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO standards 9001, 14001, 45001, 19011, and 17021, and is a registered member of the Order of Engineers. His career includes senior roles at companies such as Magneti Marelli, Williams Advanced Engineering, Ricardo UK, and the IoT Division of the EU Tech Chamber. He has contributed to the development of sustainability strategies in both academic and industrial settings, supporting organizations in ESG transformation and sustainable innovation.     Fabio Tiozzo is a digital supply chain advisor and adjunct professor with over 30 years of experience at the intersection of supply chain management, operations research, and advanced analytics. He teaches at POLIMI Graduate School of Management and has lectured at AUDENCIA Business School, the University of Udine and the Rome Business School, with subjects like AI-enabled supply chains and production optimization and Supply Chain Risk Management and Resilience. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a thesis in Operations Research from the University of Udine and has completed advanced certifications in data science, AI, and sustainability. Tiozzo has held leadership roles in IBM, Siemens, and Blue Yonder, contributing to global projects in scheduling, planning, and AI-based supply chain transformation. An invited speaker at international conferences including AI Manufacturing and EURO, he has authored numerous technical publications and holds patents in manufacturing optimization.     Valerio Dal Monte Managing Director - Nextaly

    Valerio Dal Monte is Chief Executive Officer of Nextaly Group and a senior executive with over 30 years of cross-functional experience in finance, procurement, supply chain, and facility management across multinational environments. He currently lectures at Rome Business School, focusing on strategic procurement and operational efficiency. Dal Monte holds a degree in Business Economics from LUISS Guido Carli University and is a Chartered Accountant, Adaci Certified Teacher, and Registered Auditor. His career spans leadership roles at IP Gruppo API, Alitalia, and Pirelli Re, where he led procurement transformation, vendor strategy, and cost optimization initiatives in high-pressure, global contexts.     Andrea comes with an exceptional educational background, holding a PhD in Management, an MBA in International Business, 4 Master's degrees, and a Post-graduate qualification obtained in China. With over 20 years of experience, he has held various roles, including Senior Consultant Analyst at Accenture, External Researcher at Confartigianato Imprese and Leonardo, Research Project Member at Fondazione Italiana Accenture, FEACO, and ASSOCONSULT Confindustria, Research Collaborator at the Ministry of Economic Development, Member of the recruitment process commission at the Ministry of the Interior, Senior Research Associate at CNR, Senior Content Moderator at the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), and more. Simultaneously, he pursued an academic career, often working as a Visiting Research Scholar, Fellow, and Lecturer at various institutions, including Cranfield University, University of Tennessee, Tianjin University, ETH Zurich, ELIS, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, LUISS Guido Carli, Dalian University of Technology, and others.     The Flexon Learning Methodology

    Adhering to the highest standards of teaching methodology provided by EFMD, the Master is taught through interactive lectures, case study analyses, exercises, discussions, teamwork exercises, video conferences, business analysis and sessions of student presentations. Students are encouraged to read and engage in discussions and debates. The teaching methodology is based on learning by doing, with lecturers implementing a student-centered approach, getting students involved and providing activities that allow students to apply the knowledge acquired. The Online Methodology consists of live, interactive lectures, led and facilitated by professors. The programs are self-paced, as students take pre-master courses at their own speed and using self-assessment exercises. This practical, applicable methodology consists of synchronous and asynchronous activities.

    Students are free to learn at their own pace and define personal learning paths based on their individual needs and interests, as well as the content provided, taking into account the deadlines for learning, evaluation and assessments. The self-paced methodology is applied on the pre-master courses, which are based on pre-recorded interactive sessions led by the lecturer professor, with a PPT presentation, exercises and self-assessment for each course. Students study the material at their own pace and do a self-assessment exercise to track their progress.

    The online learning methodology is fully professor-led and facilitated live in real time. Every lecture is created and delivered by a lecturer using our online platform Blackboard. The communication tools used by the lecturers include discussion forums, chats, emails, breakout sessions, whiteboards, and audio and video sharing to communicate and work together. As a final step, sessions usually include an exercise or assessment to measure the learning.

    The online methodology in every class is live and interactive. Teaching methods and techniques are used creatively to develop an engaging and motivating learning experience. There is frequent interaction with the student interaction to foster and maintain engagement and promote learning.

    The online learning methodology is practical, with all the class activities and online learning methods, e-content and materials used also being put into practice in the different assessments (self-assessments, tests and practical assignments), capstone project and class activities.

    The online methodology is structured as a combination of synchronous or real-time activities (such as online platform chats, breakout rooms/sessions, virtual pooling, virtual whiteboard, etc.) and asynchronous or on-demand activities, which students can do whenever suits them best in terms of their preferences and other commitments (such as emails, discussion forum platforms, online platform meetings, recorded lectures via links, virtual coffee and conversation sessions, etc.).
