On September 18, the Rome Business School community came together at Palazzo dello Sport in Rome to celebrate one of the most important and meaningful moments of the year.
3,504 graduates from 107 nationalities and 5 continents, surrounded by families, friends and the entire Rome Business School community, celebrated the completion of an extraordinary journey shaped by ambition, commitment, new perspectives and international connections.
The Graduation Ceremony was more than the celebration of an academic achievement. It was a moment to look back at the experiences, challenges and relationships that shaped the Rome Business School journey and to look ahead to the opportunities, careers and new chapters that now begin.

Vice Chairman of the De Agostini Group and 2021 "EY Entrepreneur of the Year," Nicola Drago is a global leader with an MBA from Columbia University and a background at McKinsey. A dedicated member of the Rome Business School Corporate Advisory Board, he serves as this year’s Graduation Patron, bridging the gap between world-class management and the next generation of leaders
The tradition of throwing hats at the Graduation Ceremony, also known as the “cap toss”, is a symbolic gesture that marks the end of the academic journey. As the tassels will be moved from one side of the cap to the other after the Graduate’s Walk , a surge of excitement fills the location, after the countdown, the caps are tossed into the air, in a timeless rite of passage, a declaration of the end of one chapter and the start of another, symbolizing the shared dreams and achievements of the graduating class.
At the end of the event, the moment will arrive for the speech by Antonio Ragusa, Dean of the Rome Business School: "This journey, just like yours, has been full of challenges and triumphs. But if there is one message I hope you will carry with you from this day, it is this: Believe in your dreams. Do not set limits on yourselves. With passion, determination, confidence, and hard work, there are no boundaries to what you can achieve." This moment will represent the exciting culmination of the Graduation Ceremony 2025, celebrated at the Palazzo dello Sport in Rome.
Over 2,200 students from 122 countries gathered at Palazzo dello Sport to celebrate an incredible journey. From the visionary insights of Dean Antonio Ragusa to the empowering keynote by Patron Nico Losito (VP, IBM Technology Italy), every moment was unforgettable. The celebration continued with a final toast to friendships and milestones achieved. Congratulations to our graduates! Remember: you are Better Managers for a Better World. The world awaits you.
