Dr. Alexandra Solea is an accomplished academic and arts administrator with over 20 years of international experience in higher education, cultural management, and institutional leadership. She currently serves as Program Director and Professor at Rome Business School. Dr. Solea holds a Ph.D. in History and Analysis of Musical Cultures from “La Sapienza” University of Rome, complemented by multiple master’s degrees in music management, musicology, and cultural resource management from institutions in Italy and Romania. She also earned professional certificates from Harvard University and Imperial College London. With over 15 years of teaching experience at university level, Dr. Solea has held academic appointments at IULM Milan, the Royal Conservatoire The Hague, and the University of Rome “Tor Vergata.” Her professional background spans senior leadership and entrepreneurial roles in arts administration, including CEO of SOLÈART Management and co-founder of Connexion Festival. She has collaborated with major international institutions such as the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations, George Enescu Festival, Teatro La Fenice, and BOZAR Brussels. Dr. Solea’s accolades include fellowships from the European Music Council, Stiftung Mercator, and ASEF Singapore. Her scholarly output includes publications on Bartók, music aesthetics, and cultural policy, alongside invited lectures at conferences organized by institutions such as the German Foreign Ministry and Istituto Veneto. A multilingual speaker and certified educator, Dr. Solea contributes actively to advancing global dialogue through music, education, and cultural diplomacy.
Francesco Landolfi is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in leadership roles across e-health industrie, private equity, and, management consulting, covering international managerial positions in sales and marketing at major companies such as Microsoft, Baxter, and IBM. He currently serves as a lecturer and external professor specializing in Entrepreneurship and International Business Management, having developed a course on "Managing Entrepreneurial Ventures" for MBA students He holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University, with a concentration in Finance and International Business, and a degree in Economics, cum laude, from L.U.I.S.S. University in Rome. Mr. Landolfi has also taught on subjects related to international business, having contributed to academic institutions globally. Mr. Landolfi’s extensive professional experience includes senior roles at major firms such as Microsoft Italy, Arthur D. Little, and Arventia Capital, where he led strategic projects in e-health, digital health, healthcare SMEs, and private equity investments, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises. He has been instrumental in the development of groundbreaking technologies and projects in health services and has forged strong international corporate relationships, particularly in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He is also involved in several advisory and board roles and has contributed to numerous cross-border business initiatives. Outside of his professional achievements, Mr. Landolfi is an active member of Harvard University’s Fund Raising Alumni Committee. His first 10 years were in FMCG Marketing with Johnson & Johnson. Throughout his 30-year career, he has gained direct experience in diverse areas, including Marketing and Communication, Country Management, Product Creation, Supply Chain, Brand Strategy, Retail, and an in-depth knowledge of International Markets. He has served as President and Board Member of publicly listed companies within Tod's and Bulgari/LVMH. He has been responsible for the business and financial performance of luxury and fashion markets in almost all regions, including China, the rest of Asia, the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East.
Michela Bonafoni is a communications and fashion marketing expert with over 15 years of professional experience in corporate communications, fashion trend research, and academic leaderships. She currently teaches at institutions including IED (Rome and Milan), IUAV Venice, and Unicollege SSML. Bonafoni holds a Master’s degree in Fashion Marketing & Communication from Central Saint Martin's College and a degree in Fashion Economics from La Sapienza University. Her industry background includes roles as PR Manager at Malloni and Trend Researcher for Wella and MITU'. She has led inclusion-focused initiatives through Radio Incontro Donna and has founded the consultancy 360+OneQuarter. He is currently the Program Coordinator of the Master in fashion Design and Management.
Enrico Gelfi is a professional with over 20 years of experience in sports communication, management, and education. He currently serves as the Program Director of the Master in Sport and Lifestyle Management at Rome Business School, where he coordinates the academic content of the international, online, and executive Master’s programs. He is also an adjunct professor at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, where he is responsible for the Esports module within the Master in Sports Management. He holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Milan and earned a Master’s degree in Strategy and Planning of Sports Organizations and Events. He is the founder of EIS, a sports management agency that manages the image of over 40 athletes, legends, and sports influencers. Raffaele Maiorano is an entrepreneur in agriculture and run two farms in southern and central Italy, producing Pecorino Crotonese DOP cheese, organic olive il, cereals, oranges and fresh vegatables. He was president of the Italian young farmers for six years and was chairman of Gfar, the global forum on agricultural research an innovation at FAO. He’s professor of agribusiness management at Camerino University, designed and run our agribusiness management’s master. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Salerno and has been a practicing attorney since 1989, admitted before the Italian Supreme Court since 2004. Marshall Langer is a native of Miami, Florida. He received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has additionally taken extensive graduate coursework in Counseling Psychology at New York University. Marshall enjoyed a 12-year career in diverse business and finance sectors in the U.S. and Europe. He has worked on Wall Street on investment banking and risk arbitrage for firms like Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as well as in trading for BNP Paribas. He further worked in the areas of corporate management, marketing strategy, management consulting, and real estate and he is also a Trained Group Counselor.
