Executive Master in Fashion Management, Luxury Management’s Overview 

This master program encompasses topics central to the field of fashion and luxury management: from cultural and sociological skills to designing strategies aimed at communicating and selling luxury products. You will take on a new way of understanding fashion, starting from its etymology to studying the cultural and consumer sentiment underlying each product or brand. 

The Master is taught entirely in Italian.

    Program Director

    Michela Bonafoni is a fashion communication and marketing expert with over 15 years of professional experience in corporate communication, fashion trend research, and academic leadership. She currently lectures at institutions such as IED (Rome and Milan), IUAV in Venice, and Unicollege SSML.

    Bonafoni holds a degree in Fashion Economics from Sapienza University of Rome and a Master’s degree in Fashion Marketing & Communication from Central Saint Martin’s College. She has industry experience as a PR Manager for Malloni and a Trend Researcher for Wella and MITU’.

    She has led initiatives focused on inclusion through Radio Incontro Donna and founded the consulting company 360+OneQuarter. She currently serves as the Program Coordinator for the Executive Master in Fashion Design and Management.

    FRANCESCA BRACCI
    Francesca Bracci Staff Trainer for Luxury Hospitality Hotels

    Francesca Bracci is a trainer and lecturer with over 20 years of professional experience across the luxury, hospitality, and education sector. She teaches Fashion and Luxury Marketing, Customer Experience, and Communication Strategies in various master's programs. Holding a degree in Sociology with a major in Communication from La Sapienza University, she integrates academic insight with practical expertise developed through international event planning and staff training for global luxury brands including Fendi, Bulgari, and Marriott. Her work has involved strategic planning for governmental institutions and executive leadership coaching in multicultural contexts. She is certified in Leadership and Communication (Berlin, 2019) and brings a holistic, emotionally intelligent approach to professional development.

    Fabio Sisti is a multidisciplinary visual communication expert and educator with over 18 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, branding, and digital arts. His teaching experience also extends to music production at Ableton, where he teaches electronic music production. Sisti has held key visual merchandising roles at H&M, 7Camicie, and Kruder, managing international retail setups across South Africa, Asia, and the Americas. He has also worked as a creative consultant and graphic designer for fashion and art spaces, contributing to branding, event design, and multimedia installations. His creative achievements include original soundtracks for film and television (Kaspar Hauser, CSI: NY, SKAM), and music for fashion shows at AltaRoma, collaborating with designers such as Greta Boldini and Marianna Cimini.

    Roberto Mazzeo IP & New Technologies Business Lawyer

    Roberto Mazzeo is a qualified attorney with over 14 years of professional experience, specializing in Intellectual Property Law, Technology Law, Artificial Intelligence, Data Protection, and Commercial Contracts. He currently serves as Counsel at the law firm Nunziante Magrone, where he advises on regulations related to intellectual property, emerging technologies, and digital innovation. Mazzeo is a Professor of Fashion Law and Intellectual Property Law at the Rome Business School, an Associate Lecturer at the University of the West of Scotland, and a faculty member at the Roma Film Academy, where he teaches courses in copyright, contract law, and entertainment law. He holds a Master's degree in Financial Market and Contract Law from LUISS Business School, with a specialization in Transnational Intellectual Property Law from the University of Washington, and certifications in Data Protection and GDPR issued by Il Sole 24 Ore Business School. In the past, he held the role of Legal Counsel for Eli Lilly and worked as an Associate in leading law firms in Rome and Milan. For nearly a decade, he has contributed to the academic field, combining legal expertise and innovation in the digital and creative sectors.

    Federico Coccia is a marketing strategist, entrepreneur, and lecturer with over 12 years of professional experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, and omnichannel communication. He is the Founder and Marketing Manager of Edit Studio, a multidisciplinary agency specializing in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, where he has led over 150 projects for international clients. He also lectures at IED – Istituto Europeo di Design and visiting lecturer at ESSEC Business School. Mr. Coccia holds a degree in Marketing and Communication from IED and is certified in Google Analytics and LinkedIn Marketing Strategy. His industry background includes leadership roles in fashion marketing with David Naman and Paul Taylor, and Web marketing consultancy with Seat Pagine Gialle SpA.

    Maurizio Amato Human Resources Director Corporate – Fendi

    Maurizio Amato is an established executive in the human resources sector with over 35 years of professional experience in international HR management and organizational development. He currently holds the role of Human Resources Director Corporate at Fendi, where he leads the global HR strategy for corporate functions and supports the brand's growth within the LVMH Group. Previously, he coordinated HR operations for the company in Europe and the Middle East. During his career, he also held significant managerial positions at ExxonMobil, including HR Manager of the Trecate Refinery, in addition to broader HR responsibilities at a national and international level. He holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from Sapienza University of Rome. Dr. Amato has collaborated with academic institutions and HR networks on topics related to international mobility, performance strategy, and leadership development.

    Alessandra Sibilo is a Senior Manager at Bulgari, leading Trade Marketing with a focus on market analysis, budget (A&P/P&L) management, and team leadership. She previously held Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising roles at L’Oréal Paris. With a BBA from the University of Naples Federico II and Executive Education from SDA Bocconi, Alessandra combines strategic insight with strong execution in marketing, retail, and people management.

    Eleonora Gaspari is a fashion stylist, creative director, and lecturer with over 12 years of professional experience in the fashion and creative industries. She currently teaches Fashion Styling and Communication at IED in Milan and Fashion Storytelling at NABA in Rome, contributing to education in fashion, visual communication, and editorial styling. A graduate cum laude in Fashion Styling and Fashion Communication from IED in Rome, she began her career collaborating with major fashion houses and cultural institutions. She is the Founder and Creative Director of Palazzo Studio, a creative incubator and mentoring platform for young fashion and photography talents, and of Palazzo Offline, a contemporary shop dedicated to independent publishing and sustainable brands. She has curated creative direction and styling projects for Tod’s, Diesel, Hogan, Fay, Fendi, GAS Jeans, and for campaigns by Algida, Biopoint, and Sony Music Italy. Her editorial and celebrity styling work has been published in Rolling Stone, Vogue.it, Grazia, and Grey Magazine, and featured at events such as the Venice Film Festival and the David di Donatello Awards. She actively collaborates with creative agencies and supports new generations of industry professionals through teaching and industrial projects.

    Gustavo Marco Cipolla Journalist, Press Officer & Communication Teacher

    Gustavo Marco P. Cipolla is a journalist, press officer, and lecturer with over 14 years of professional experience in the media, cultural communication, and public relations sectors. He currently teaches at the Rome Business School, Art Village – University of the West of Scotland, and Accademia del Lusso, where he holds courses on fashion media, event strategies, and editorial communication. He graduated cum laude in International Relations from LUISS Guido Carli University and earned a Master’s degree in Media Entertainment from Link Campus University. Cipolla has extensive experience in the fashion, lifestyle, and culture sectors, having collaborated with major brands, NGOs, and public institutions as a press officer and communication consultant. He has held editorial roles for publications such as Il Messaggero, Vanity Fair, Fortune, and TrendZine.it, a webzine he founded and directs. His teaching career spans over five years, supported by a background in cultural marketing and journalism. He has received numerous awards for his journalistic work, including the "Jacqueline" Award (2017), the "Roma Fashion" Award (2016), and the "Anna Magnani" Award (2023). Cipolla is a certified publicist journalist, a certified Cambridge examiner, and a recognized contributor to the academic and cultural communication landscape in Italy.

The candidate’s academic history, previous experiences in the topics covered in the Master and motivation will be matters of the evaluation. Once it’s sent, the application will be evaluated by the Rome Business School’s academic committee.     Payment of the participation fee of € 9,400 can be made in the following ways:
