Wednesday, October 23, 2025 – With a result that consolidates its presence among the leading management education institutions globally, Rome Business School enters the QS International Trade Ranking 2025, positioning itself first worldwide for the employability results of its MBA graduates.
The Ranking by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), one of the main international bodies for evaluating higher education, recognizes the MBA as one of the most effective programs in connecting education and career, placing the program 26th globally, 2nd in Italy, and 16th in Europe.

The QS International Trade Ranking analyzes the performance of business schools globally across six dimensions: program content in international trade, reputation, employability results of graduates, collaboration with business, innovation in teaching, and research activities.

Rome Business School has been recognized by QS as the best business school in the world for graduate employability results, an indicator that evaluates the effectiveness with which institutions support the professional entry and growth of their students after the conclusion of their studies.

Factors such as completion rate, employment rate, quality of career support, and network of contacts with the job market have contributed to the positioning as the best business school in the world for graduate employability results. Through the Career Center and the RBS4Entrepreneurship startup incubator, students receive personalized support during and after the master’s program, with mentoring services, professional orientation, profile review, job fairs, training on employability skills, and international growth paths. Collaboration with over 1,400 international companies and organizations ensures concrete opportunities for career placement and development, confirming the strength of the link between education and the labor market.

QS also positively evaluated the quality of the MBA’s academic content, which ranks 6th globally in the indicator dedicated to the completeness and relevance of training in international trade. The program integrates advanced modules on foreign market entry strategies, trade sustainability, risk management and mitigation, international procurement and negotiation, digital trade, and SME internationalization, providing interdisciplinary and strategic preparation. This approach shapes professionals capable of interpreting the dynamics of global trade and guiding international expansion processes in an increasingly competitive and sustainable economic context.

The evaluation for teaching innovation is also relevant, an area in which Rome Business School is twelfth worldwide. QS recognized the school’s ability to integrate experiential methodologies and digital tools into its training offer. The MBA adopts the Circular Learning Model, accredited by EFMD, which combines interactive lessons, business simulations, case studies, and applied projects with real companies. This method, based on practical and continuous learning, ensures a high level of participation and constant alignment with global market evolutions.

In the indicator related to collaboration with businesses, Rome Business School ranks fifty-fifth worldwide, standing out for the solidity of its relationships with the corporate world and the experience of its faculty. 80% of the Global MBA professors boast over 20 years of international managerial career in companies such as Jaguar Land Rover, Oracle, and Microsoft, with an overall average of 22 years of sector experience. The business school also collaborates with entities such as TIM, Toyota, Amazon, and Unilever, and with a Corporate Advisory Board composed of over 133 managers and professionals who contribute to the constant alignment between education and the labor market.

Finally, the indicator of academic and professional reputation confirms the growth of Rome Business School’s international visibility. The evaluations expressed by academics and recruiters in the QS surveys recognize the school’s ability to train highly qualified profiles, capable of operating with competence and flexibility in global markets.

Being first in the world for employability results is not just an achievement, but the confirmation of a principle that guides us every day: education must create concrete opportunities, not just transmit knowledge,” declares Marco Regoli, Head of the Career Center at Rome Business School. “Behind this recognition there is commitment, passion, and shared growth paths. Every goal achieved by our students is the best demonstration of the difference education can make.”

The result in the QS International Trade Ranking 2025 adds to the numerous awards obtained by Rome Business School in the last year — including the CEO Magazine Global MBA Ranking, THE Impact Rankings, THE World University Rankings, Eduniversal Best Masters Ranking, the QS Stars Rating, and the Positive Impact Rating — representing the tenth international recognition of 2025.
